Indulgence Spa Day 30 - £27.00 per person
- A day pass for the Living Well Health Club, giving you access to the club's swimming pool, sauna, steam room and fitness rooms
- A 30 minute treatment of your choosing from the treatment list attached
Indulgence Spa Day 60 - £47.00 per person
- A day pass for the Living Well Health Club, giving you access to the club's swimming pool, sauna, steam room and fitness rooms
- A 60 minute treatment or two 30 minute treatments of your choosing from the treatment list attached
On the day your time is yours to do with what you like, you can lounge by the pool with a magazine, cleanse and detox in the steam room and sauna, work up a sweat in the gym or meander to Caffé Cino for a morning coffee.
Towels are provided in the leisure club and there are hairdryers and lockers in the changing rooms.
At the time of your treatments, your therapist will meet you at the Living Well Health Club reception desk. The treatments will be carried out in our three luxurious treatment rooms with ambient lighting and relaxing music.

Swedish Massage - 30/60 minutes
A therapeutic massage using skin nourishing almond oil. A range of traditional Swedish massage techniques are used to aid relaxation, increase blood flow and release toxins from the body.

Detoxifying, cleansing and purifying, this treatment uses a blend of oils designed to support the natural cleansing process of the body and help banish toxins. Great for boosting the immune system and giving your spirits a lift. Beneficial for all skin types.
Aphrodite - 30/60 minutes
Release your inner beauty. Sensuous, feminine and emotionally balancing, this lovely treatment will caress away worries and insecurities and make you feel like the goddess you are. Beneficial for all skin types.
Aroma Facial - 30 minutes
Refreshing and relaxing, our luxurious facial is the height of indulgence. Individually tailored to your skin type, the therapist will cleanse and tone your skin followed by a blissful massage on the face, scalp, neck and shoulders using Neal's Yard Remedies.
Head for the Skies - 30 minutes
This healing treatment draws inspiration from Indian head massage and Japanese acupressure techniques for the ultimate chill out. Pressure is applied to the back, head, neck and face to relieve muscular tension and rejuvenate the soul.
