The Health Club
The health club has everything that a girl could want: a great, big, splashy swimming pool, a sauna (to cleanse those pores), a steam room and, of course, a jacuzzi where you can just indulge in the fact that it's your hen weekend and you don't have to lift a finger. For those who want to earn their relaxation with a workout there are full workout facilities available.

Overview:
Enjoy a totally self indulgent session of pampering at one of Leeds' most luxurious health clubs located in a fabulous four star hotel and only a few minutes walk from Harvey Nichols.

As a guest of the hotel you will enjoy full use of the spa's extensive leisure facilities. Soak up the tranquillity by the largest indoor pool in Leeds, chill out in the jacuzzi, swelter in the sauna or treat yourself to a sun bed before your big night out. If you are feeling a little more energetic you can hit the gym have your daily 20km run and cycle.

As part of the session we will book you use of the clubs 2 treatment rooms, so members of your group will rotate through these over the course of the day. Each member of the group can choose from one of the 3 treatments below.

25 minute full body exfoliation

- A light lunch & glass of wine can be provided in the hotel bar for a small extra cost. 

Overview:
Arranging a wedding can be a stressful affair; you've sorted the dress, arranged the flowers, got a venue and probably driven everyone around you crazy in the process. Now's the perfect time to rally up your girlie friends and go for a bit of beautifying, pampering and relaxation to prepare yourself for the big day

What it includes:
Bubbly and chocolates on arrival will make you feel like a princess, then indulge in a 30 minute treatment from the menu below.

You'll have full use of the leisure facilities as well. A sweltering sauna relaxation will have you sweating out your hangover in no time and back to health and re-invigoration in a jubilant jiffy.
