Overview:
Follow in the footsteps of the great medieval armies and take up the longbow on our archery range. Using the same equipment as Olympic athletes, you can take aim for the gold and feel the satisfaction of an arrow flying straight and true into the target with a resounding thud! Our experienced instructors will be there to give you the very best chance of becoming a dead-eye marksman with the most noble of weapons!

Format:
After signing in, you will be met by your instructor and taken to the archery area. After a Health & Safety briefing, your instructor will introduce you to the equipment and techniques of longbow archery. You will have practice shots on our practice range before your scoring shots at the competition-level archery stand. Each competitor will take the challenge in turn. Our instructor will give help, advice and score your best efforts.

Approximately 1 hour, depending on group size.

Food & Drink:
This site has a Land Rover-themed clubhouse to grab a drink and a bite to eat. We can provide buffet lunches for all-day customers and also barbeque in the summer months. Alternatively, we have an arrangement with the award-winning pub/restaurant 300 yards from our site to cater for individuals and groups with their excellent menu.
