You'll check into your gorgeous four star guest house in Central Carlisle from 4pm. Once you're all spruced up it's time for your perfect weekend to begin.

VIP Nightclub Entry:
Jump the queue with guest list entrance to this super cool nightclub. Free glass of bubbly for the group will have you dancing the night away until the club closes at 3am. No need for a taxi, it's just a few minutes walk back to your accommodation.

Saturday:
After a full English breakfast you'll be ready for the fun day ahead.

Belly dance lessons:
The performance dance form known in the West as the belly dance is based on one of the oldest social dances in world history, native to North Africa, Asia and the Middle East and it's your turn to give it a go.

Fun for all the girls, you'll get taught how to "pop and lock", shimmy, belly roll and a variety of seductive moves which will have you feeling like an Arabian princess in no time. You'll get to shake those hips and wind your belly under the supervision of a professional teacher who'll bringing out the Shakira in you regardless of shape or size.

Imagine the look on your fella's face when you slide through the bedroom door with a tea-towel round your face showing off your new found skills. Exactly.

Party's over and now it's time to go back to the normal world. Before you do we'll make sure you enjoy a lovely healthy breakfast to get you on your way.

Burlesque lessons:
It's time to take those dance moves away from the bedroom mirror and transfer that energy from the comfort of your carpet to the bright lights of the dance studio. These dance lessons are the perfect opportunity to learn some new moves to throw into your hip-shaking repertoire and, more importantly, a really good laugh for all the girls.

With corsets, suspenders and feather boas a plenty, this chair-based routine is a great way to get involved with the resurgence of this sexy, tongue-in-cheek dancing style. Ridiculously good fun, you'll have all the moves at your disposal to do some Dita Von Teasing of your own (no stripping required!)

This excellent site is an established adventure venue and the perfect place to get stuck into a load of testing, fun and adrenaline-pumping activities. With a half day to dabble in all the below, you won't be dissapointed! 

Go-Kart Racing:
Clench your fists, grit your teeth, it's competition time. You'll be roaring round this track on these fast Honda-powered karts. Put your foot down and get ready for a cheek-rippling, adrenaline-pumping, rubber-burning, blast of a time.

Duration: 5 practice laps then 2x10 lap races

Quad Bike Trek:
Thrill seekers will have a blast as they set out on a rugged quad bike trek. There are over 250 acres to explore at this massive site, giving riders the opportunity to tackle a variety of different terrain. 300cc quads will be on offer, and a maximum of 10 people can head out on a trek at any one time. Helmets and overalls are provided.

Archery:
Experienced instructors will give you all the tips you'll need to pick up a bow and arrow, take aim and shoot 2 foot wide of the target to the heckling jeers of their mates. With steady handedness a prerequisite, those who can control their shakes may just nail that bullseye.

Argo-Cat Off-Road
This dynamic vehicle has 8 wheels, skid steer driving and enough room for 5 passengers. The all-terrain amphibious Argo Cat will be skilfully driven by an instructor around a variety of natural obstacles including riverbanks and a lake. Awesome.

Clay Pigeon Shooting
This is a great opportunity to enjoy the amazing Lakeland coutryside air and smoke a few clays, by the end of the session hopefully you should be nailing the clays more often than not...you'll have a blast!

Rifle Shooting
Thse rifles are accurate, powerful, light and almost silent, thanks to an efficient silencer. Experienced instructors will help both novices and the experienced shooter to test their aim and concentration with these high-powered precision rifles. They can be reloaded using finger and thumb. This means there is nothing to distract from sheer accuracy. Awesome.

Argo-Cat Off-Road:

Reverse steer and Reverse Steer Blindfold Drive:
The Reverse Steer is an unusual and challenging activity vehicle specially engineered to drive in opposites, turning left when you turn right and vice-versa! This might sound simple, but can you do it when the pressure is on with your whole team counting on you as you navigate your way through a myriad of obstacles, tight bends, chicanes and reversing sections, all against the clock? How about if we blindfold you as well? Great fun!

Mosey on down to these idyllic Lakeland countryside with your best John Wayne swagger and prepare for a horse ride through the stunning region. Trotting through scenic countryside valleys on your magnificent steed, taking in the fresh air and magnificent sights, you'll feel at one with nature and fully refreshed. Whether it's the first time you've been on a horse or you're a world champion rider, your friendly guide will take you on a trail according to your experience level and your group's preference.

Overview:
Get ready for a full day of fun-fuelled activities that'll squeeze the most out of your daylight hours. With the choice of 2 activities, one in a 3 hour morning slot and one in a 3 hour afternoon slot, your day will be filled to the brim with action and adventure.

Choose any 2 activities:

Raft Building:
Get your survival instincts to kick in as you are set the task of constructing and racing your very own raft. Teams will compete against each other as they test the buoyancy of their water vessels and have their race efforts timed. Will you sink or swim? There's only one way to find out!

Canyoning:
Canyoning is a high-adrenaline activity that'll satisfy your thirst for adventure. Scrambling and climbing through a rocky river, you'll be fearlessly sliding and jumping into plunge pools in a river gorge. Jumping from cliff edges and abseiling down waterfalls should see your adrenaline glands well and truly knackered. Awesome.

Canoeing:
These two man canoes are completely open topped similar to the ones used by Indians or Canadian Trappers. You and a partner will need to get coordinated in order to steer and paddle effectively. During the day you will play lots of games and learn a number of different paddle strokes used in the sport.

Kayaking:
The Eskimo's preferred means of water travel, these single person, closed in, kayaks are great fun. Learn to paddle and steer before engaging in a wet water based competition against your friends. These thing have a mind of their own and remaining upright may not be a luxury which you can afford to count on!

Gorge Scrambling:
A top activity for the adventurous who are excited by the thought of clambering over rocks, climbing through wet crevices and jumping into plunge pools. You'll need to have a basic level of fitness but the guide will look after you and tailor the activity to match the capabilities of the group.

Abseiling:
Take your pick from low, tame crags up to high-adrenaline cliff faces and get yourself strapped in. Once shown the best descending techniques, you'll be left to bounce off the rockface, lowering yourself jubilantly to the ground below. Vertigo suffers sling your hook, those with a sense of adventure get involved!

Climbing:
These rockfaces offer a great challenge. After getting some hot tips on climbing techniques and having a practice at low level, participants pair up within the teams with a climber and a "belayer". The climber scales the wall to get maximum points for height achieved while trusting the belayer to keep them on that rope. 

Clay pigeon Shooting:
Ever fancied getting your hands on a shotgun, setting your sights down the shiny double-barrel and scratching that itchy trigger finger of yours? Yes? We thought so! What better way to satisfy the urge than blasting a clay pigeon to smithereens, catching a victorious waft of the smoking barrels and reloading to unleash more destruction on yet another unsuspecting ceramic projectile. Qualified instructors will help you maximise the carnage inflicted on your clays

Pick up a bow and arrow, take aim and shoot 2 foot wide of the target to the heckling jeers of your mates. With steady handedness a prerequisite, those who've had a heavy one the night before will be pulling their arrows from the dirt.

Mountain Biking:
A very popular activity for anyone who can already ride a bike and has a reasonable level of fitness. The ride will be over rough terrain with some very fast sections of downhill biking and some very slow technical downhill sections demanding your every care and attention. The rides will be tailored to meet the needs of the group accordingly.
