The Lake District Canyoning
If scrambling up and down cliffs, clambering through gorges, wading through rivers or climbing up waterfalls and over escarpments sounds remotely fun to you, why not chuck 'em all together into one action-packed day of Canyoning? Navigate rapids, swim over waterfalls, jump off clifffs - all the really good stuff. And while you're at it, get a load of the view - you won't often see a gorge this up close and personal. A full day canyoning does require a bit of the old stamina so all members of the group should have a base level of fitness, but as long as that's covered - then have at it. Definitely a day to remember for all involved.
