Pub crawls are a relatively new phenomenon in Eastern Europe. Under many Communist regimes drinking in more than one bar on any given night was strictly forbidden by law. Prosecutions were rare but if you were caught red-handed you could expect up to 15 years penal servitude. Thankfully laws have now been relaxed so you can now down as much as you like with the help of your knowledgeable guide who'll take you to the city's top 5 drinking dens.
