Surfs up:
You don't need to live on Bondi beach to be a surf dude...hit Swansea's indoor surf pool and even when the great British weather is a bummer, you can ride some totally awesome waves, just try not to wipe out...gnarly...

How it works:
Master the latest extreme sport of indoor wave riding with a Surf instructor, using equipment that will get you up and riding. All equipment is provided including wetsuits and gath helmets. You will even get video footage of you taking the plunge into the wave pit. After your lesson you can use the water park with slides, a wave pool or a lazy river for you to lie back and chill out in.

Duration:
 - One hour session with full instruction

Overview:
This is the ideal event for those wanting to take advantage of some of the stunning scenery in the area. Pick any one of the events below and brace yourself for an active day.

Canyoning:
Canyoning is traveling in canyons using a variety of techniques. You will cover a distance of 4 km, descending 200m down waterfalls and rapids, abseiling, scrambling, swimming and jumping, the highest jump being 30ft! This is a high adrenaline activity ideal for adventurous groups with a taste for challenging physical activities.

White Water Rafting:
Wales offers some challenging grade 3 rapids up to 10km in length. Each raft will have an expert instructor to help you navigate your way and try to keep you inside the raft for as long as possible.

Coasteering:
Very similar to Canyoning but the trick's in the name. Rather than traversing your way through a canyon, this is done on the coast where you have to make your way around the coastline by any means possible. You'll be climbing, scrambling, jumping and swimming throughout the event.

Duration:
- The events all run from 10am - 4pm

Notes:
- A DVD video of your day is provided after the activity for free
- You will get wet. Wear old clothes that can get wet and dirty. Pack dry clothes for the journey home.
- Personalised printed rash tops can be arranged for an additional cost, please ask for details.
- There are a number of different locations used, all within the Brecon beacons, that offer stunning surroundings.

Overview:
This is the ideal event for those wanting to take advantage of some of the stunning scenery in the area.
 Most of the events will require teamwork and some encouragement - it's a great way for people who don't know many of the group to feel comfortable, as well as the old buddies sharing some incredible adrenaline rushes!

Burn Rubber:
Enjoy the mud and thunder of a thrilling 1/2 mile track quad biking session. If you like your activities rough and ready then this will be right up your dirt track. The quads are a step up from the ones on offer at most activity centres. You won't be piddling about on slow automatics here; you'll be introduced to anything up to 200cc quads so you'll pick up cheek rippling speed as you burn round this exciting track. With plenty of twists, turns, humps, bumps and testing terrain this is an adrenaline-packed activity that'll give you a taste of motorised mayhem at its best.

Overview:
Ever fancied getting your hands on a shotgun, setting your sights down the shiny double-barrel and scratching that itchy trigger finger of yours?
The very sociable set up of the shoot means that there will be plenty of opportunity to comment, critique and even applaud your fellow competitors attempts, so it’s a particularly superb activity for drawing together groups where not everyone knows each other that well. By the end of the shoot, they’ll all be bonding down the pub over their sharp-eyed skills, or indeed lack of them, for those who are firing blanks

Clays is also a great leveller, so it’s perfect for groups where some are not the most active. 

Format:
You'll begin with five clays on a single incoming trap, the easiest, and then progress to crossing single, straight up and pairs.

Included:

All the equipment and tuition is included along with 25 clays per person.

Duration:
Allow approximately 2 hours for this event - (Obviously this varies according to your group size!)

Notes:
20-Bore shotguns can be requested (These produce much less recoil - perfect if anyone is worried about bruised shoulders) 

I'm-a Fiirin' My Laser!
Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting is an electronic way of enjoying traditional clay pigeon shooting. What a way to feel like a space-age country gentleman eh? Players use modified shotguns to fire laser beams at clays flying through the air launched from an electronic clay launcher. Its much like the real deal except there’s no kick off the guns. It’s also a bit more competitive as up to 5 people can shoot at one time and all shoot at the same target, whenever a trigger is pulled, the digital scoreboard generates the shotgun 'bang' and when a player hits the target it reproduces the sound of a breaking clay, the player with the highest number of hits wins!

A large scoreboard keeps the running score for each person. There are 4 or 5 different games to play, one is to award points for the first person to hit the clay, another is just points each when you hit the clays, another is 2 shots and points for hitting both or just one etc.

 
Included:

 - Laser clay session - this will last approximately 1-1.5 hours depending on the group's size.
 

Overview:

For those of you who fancy something a bit more strenuous and rewarding than the average stag-do fare, take to the Sychrydd Gorge in Wales’ fantastic countryside and try your hands at the extreme sport of gorge walking.

This is not to be confused with hiking. Your walk will include climbing, scrambling, swimming in rock pools and jumping into plunge pools as you negotiate the natural obstacles that the three mile walk presents.

You do need a basic level of fitness but the guides will look after you and tailor the walk to match the capabilities of the group.

Notes:
- This is a full day event.
- All clients will be provided with canoe helmets and buoyancy aids as minimum and offered Wellington boots and waterproof jackets. Wet suits are issued November to April.

Overview:
For those of you who fancy something that ups the ante on your normal lazy river? Try being kitted up on a rubber ring, in full safety gear hurtling down 2 kilometres of mighty rapids in the heart of Wales. Much better than your average rubber ring in a lazy river, or even better than a ring behind a speedboat. Get to grips with nature, and squeal wildly as you flow over the edge of a waterfall!

You'll be tossed about in Grade 3 rapids, while hanging on to your tube.
Safety is well emphasised, so fear not, you're not just lobbing yourself into a river and hoping for the best! The route's have all been chosen carefully to ensure you get a hell of a thrill, while staying safe. 

You do need a basic level of fitness but the guides will look after you, and ensure the event runs smoothly.
Included:
- All safety gear
- River tubing session across 2km of river rapids
- You'll need a pair of old footwear for this, and a towel too!

Notes:
Not sure that the 2 km ride is enough? We can upgrade this to a more extreme experience for a small fee, which will include 4km of rapids, you'll ride the Dragon's tail, and experience a few 20-30 feet drops along the way!

Overview:
White water surf rafting is becoming increasingly popular due to the excellent conditions created in the sea for an exciting and fast paced rafting experience. You'll be using a raft built for eight people and battling against the swell and thrill of the surf and waves, for an exhilarating alternative to river rafting.

Included:
All safety gear will be provided; you'll need to bring a swimming costume, t-shirt, towel, socks and trainers.

Duration:
-Approx 3 hours

Notes:
-Minimum of 5 people needed.
-Need to be able to swim a minimum of at least 25m.
-This can be easily combined with Surf Kayaking-giving participants the option to experience both activities.

Raft Building:
How would you get by if you were shipwrecked? This challenge will sort out the hardy Robinson Crusoe types from the namby-pampy, don't-want-to-break-a-nail wusses. In teams, you will be given ropes, barrels and logs. You have to construct a raft that will get you to a distant buoy and back without falling to pieces. At the end of the day the groups will race their design against the others for bragging rights that can be immortalized in the best man's speech. 

Kayaking:
The Inuit's preferred means of water travel, these single person, closed in kayaks are great fun. Learn to paddle and steer before plunging and bouncing through boilers and stoppers further upstream and engaging in a wet water based competition. These things have a mind of their own and remaining upright may not be a luxury which you can afford to count on!

Included:
- All safety equipment and raft utensils.
- Trained instructors.

Duration:
- Approx three hours.

- Bring swimming costume, warm clothes and towel.
- Must be able to swim 25 metres and be of a reasonable level of fitness.
- Full day from 10 am - 4.30 pm.

 

Overview:
Get ready for the latest craze sweeping the adrenaline scene.  Basically it's an endorphin milkshake.  Taking advantage of the stunning coastline in South Wales, your session will see you climb, swim, scramble and jump into a different stratosphere. Sea caves and swirling ocean swells combine to produce a truly wild experience with cliff jumps for the bold. The stag gets thrown off regardless.

Allow a full day for this activity

- Wetsuits and all safety equipment
- Instructors

Note:
- You will get wet. Make sure you have a towel and warm clothes to put on afterwards.
- This is a full day event: 10 am - 4.30 pm
