Overview:
If you've been burning the candle at both ends and feel like you could benefit from some R&R, then a session at a Bournemouth's best health club is the answer to your prayers. You may have skin as grey as corpse and feel as athletic as an octogenarian, but after some revitalising treatment you'll feel ready to take on the world again. 

The health club has recently undergone a £250,000 redevelopment and now features an upgraded pool complex including a steam room, sauna and spa. You'll receive a 15-20 minute massage or facial from a fully qualified and experienced beauty therapist, and access to all facilities with the exception of the gym.

This beautiful spa resides within one of Southampton's premier hotels. You'll have access to the fantastic four-star leisure facilities for the duration of your visit, with gowns and towels included. There's four tranquil treatment rooms, all lavishly decorated, sporting a wide variety of specialist products.

You'll also benefit from the use of the swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi, as well as a fully-equipped gym.

You and the girls will arrive at the spa, and in your own groups, will each recieve a 25-minute treatment from the following list:

- ESPA Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage
- ESPA Express Facial
- ESPA Body Polish Treatment
- Jessica File & Polish for the Hands or Feet

After the session, there's food available for purchase on the day from the hotel, where you can buy yourself some sandwiches and have a spot of lunch.

In some circumstances, we're able to send the therapists right to your hotel rooms for your treatments, however most people will want to go to a nearby venue with some wet facilities - a pool and a sauna are worth their weight in gold when you're not feeling 100%.
