Overview:
Although it was very confusing trying to figure out quite just what Rocky Balboa was doing scaling mountains and what had happened to his fighting career, Cliffhanger reminded us all that climbing is cool.

Whilst you won't be swinging one-handed from a cliff face sneering and slurring your words, this indoor, realistic climbing wall offers a good challenge. After getting some hot tips on climbing techniques and having a practice at low level, you'll get the chance to tackle 13 metre high towers that offer an exciting, challenging, and unique indoor climbing experience.

Excellent fun incorporating some good old fashioned exercise, this should make you feel better about the 20 odd beers followed by the soggy kebab that you're bound to encounter in the early hours.

- 8 people at a time can climb. Groups larger than 8 can alternate 30 minute turns.

This is your last weekend of freedom. For months you have been worried that your friends are going to put you in a situation where you stuck between a rock and a hard place. You open your eyes, look down and realise that this is that moment...

After getting some hot tips on climbing techniques and having a practice at low level, participants pair up within the teams with a climber and a "belayer".  The climber scales the wall to get maximum points for height achieved while trusting the belayer to keep them on that rope.  Don't worry: a qualified instructor will be watching like a hawk.

After mastering the climbing it's time to work on your fear of heights. Instructors will teach you the basics in abseiling and have lowered down a rock face before you know what hit you.
