Facilities
Rooms will be en-suite single, twin or occasionally triple share with breakfast included. Wherever possible we always seek to use hotels right in the city centre or close to the main nightlife districts to save you money on taxis and make organising your group much easier.

Book Early
When it comes to accommodation we operate a 'first come, first served' system and can only give you relevant hotel availability at the time of placing your deposit. Things get booked out very quickly so to get the best possible accommodation for your group we advise that you place your deposit at the earliest possible convenience.

Karl Barth once said: 'Laughter is the closest thing to the grace of God.' With these words of wisdom in mind, why not indulge in an evening of comedy and entertainment that is positively divine.

Throw in a delicious dinner and a nightclub after-party, and you have all the ingedients for a heavenly evening.

Included
- Comedy show.
- Choice of main course, including Classic Burger (100% prime beef mince, topped with beef tomato, lettuce, and onion and all on a sesame seed bun. Served with fries and onion rings) or Margherita Pizza - (Thin and crispy 12” base topped with tomato, fresh buffalo mozzarella & basil leaves).
- After-party admission.

- Doors open: 6:30pm Sharp Last admittance is 7pm - You must be seated for food.
- Show time: 8:30pm to 10:30pm
- Afterparty ends at 2:00am.
- Please be aware that the menu may be subject to change.

It's very hard to beat a good day at the races and if you win, it's even better.

Since 1768, The Royal Meeting has established itself as a centerpiece of the British summer calendar and is one of the top international racing events.

The Silver Ring offers over 2,000 seats, big screen tvs, live music and a lawned area with bars and food outlets.

Timetable:
10.30am - Racecourse opens
2pm - Royal Procession
2.30pm - First race
5.30pm - Last race

- Silver Ring Admission Ticket
- £2 bet each
- Racecard
- 3 pints of beer or 2 glasses of wine
- Upgrade to Grandstand Admission ticket available. Just ask us!

Note:
- This package is based on Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd June 2013.
- Smart clothing is encouraged for the Silver Ring, although there is no formal dress code. Those who would like to upgrade to Grandstand Admission will need to follow a dress code of suits for gentlemen and an appropriate dress for ladies.

Saturday (Evening)

The Arches Club Entry

Overview:
The club opened in order to provide an alternative to the nightlife of Reading. It is unique in that it offers all the facilities of a nightclub along with the added value of a top quality restaurant and a leading live venue.

The railway arches in which it is set in have been converted with sensitivity to the original architecture achieving a stunning and stylish result with full air conditioning. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and totally unthreatening, thereby attracting a large cross section of people from far and wide.

Open times: Fri 7 pm - 4 am; Sat 7 pm - 5 am
Dress code: Smart casual (smart jeans permitted). No trainers. Gentlemen must wear a collared shirt. Fancy dress is allowed.

Notes:
- Entry is subject to sobriety. Make sure you're not hammered drunk when you arrive.
