This 20 minute massage will rub you up the right way. It'll cover your back, neck and shoulders, and will work wonders for a niggling back problem, or just a general ache from all the surfing you've been doing.

Once you're done, you'll be left feeling great, relaxed and tranquil - a complete state of zen, ready for a hectic night out on the town!

Overview:
There's nothing better than coming back to the beach after a hard day's surfing, Tearing up the tubes, and catching the peaks, to rest your aching, exhausted body with a nice massage. For this activity, you'll be split into pairs, and the experts will guide you through the best techniques for a head and neck massage.

Think of it as a useful life skill - much like surfing - that you'll be able to use forever, especially in pursuit of your own aims. "Can I have...?" then BOOM! Head and neck massage, and they're putty in your hands.
That's a win-win situation if ever there was one!
