- SOUP OF THE DAY: classic and simple, with a focus on fresh ingredients. Served with croutons.
- BAKED CAMEMBERT: with wild roquette and cranberry sauce
- CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD: cos lettuce, shaved Grano Padano, anchovies & Caesar dressing
- FINE SMOKED SALMON: with salsa verdi, horseradish creme fraiche & granary bread
- COARSE DUCK & GREEN PEPPERCORN PATE: with ciabatta & cranberries in red wine
Mains
- BLACKENED CAJUN SALMON SUPREME: with crushed new potatoes & fresh avocado salsa
- GREEN THAI CHICKEN CURRY: with steamed rice, naan bread, prawn crackers & sweet chillisauce
- ASPARAGUS, BROAD BEAN & BABY SPINACH RISOTTO: with Grana Padano shavings
