Overview:
Get in touch with your inner minx by learning how to shimmy around a pole in the sexiest way possible. Under the tutelage of professional instructors, you’ll learn how to turn writhing around a 10ft aluminium pole into one of the most erotic activities known to man.
Experiencing the ancient art of pole dancing is the perfect way for you to liven up a hen party and is suitable for all ages, shapes and sizes – just leave inhibitions at the door and prepare to raunch it up and have a laugh!
Format:
The session kicks off with a run through of what to expect in the session and a brief safety talk. Then it’s time to warm-up with a few stretches to ensure that nobody damages themselves and has to limp off to A&E!
After that the music goes on and the clothes come off (okay, more like down to your shorts and t-shirts, but we won’t stop you if you feel the urge to nude it up). You will begin with some sexy dance moves before progressing to the pole where you will learn how to become a fully-fledged pole dancing vixen!
The hen will also be expected to give a demonstration of her newly acquired pole dancing skills at the end of the session and everyone will be awarded a certificate to confirm their pole dancing credentials!
What to Bring:
- Shorts or hot pants, a T-shirt or a costume of your choice to wear while you participate. Keep in mind that you will need bare legs and arms for grip!
- Footwear: sexy high heeled shoes or boots are recommended, however any choice of comfortable shoes is acceptable.
