Overview:
Virtual warfare is paintball for the 'Star Wars' generation. Paint pellets and mud is a bit last century, so why not load your laser gun and blast your mates back in time with a lethal beam of light.

Forget the rubbishy quasar laser games that you've played in a disused warehouse off your local high street, this is real high-tech combat which takes inspiration from computer games like Call of Duty and Medal of Honour. 

The Equipment:
You'll be armed with a laser gun, combat suit, specialist headgear, knee pads and team armbands.

The guns have a range of over 150m which means that concealment and camouflage is crucial. When you lose your last 'hit point' (life) your gun is immobilised and you have to return to base and recharge. Unlike paintball which is often ruined as a competition because of cheats refusing to returning to base once they've been hit, there's no hiding place.
