This is definitely one of the funkiest designed bars in the area. Situated underground, away from the hustle and bustle of the busy shopping streets, it's the ideal spot for those that want a little class but still a place with loads of character.

Many of the rooms are themed and there is a retro feel throughout. There's even a makeshift garden with an iron tree and chairs underneath.

Overview:
There's more to cocktail making than just pouring a few spirits in a glass and giving it a bit of a shake - enter the world of Mixology.

Mixology is an art: get it right and you can create delicious drinks which will be an explosion of pleasure on your tongue, but get it wrong and you'll be pulling pained faces and reaching for the mouthwash!

After a welcome drink each group will have one or more cocktail ambassadors who will brief you on the day's activities before giving a short introductory talk on the history of the cocktail - where the word originates - and the tools and bar skills behind some of the world's most famous drinks. If you don't know the difference between a Hawthorn strainer and a Boston shaker, you'll find out.

The ambassador will then make an introduction shot for the group where he/she will explain what all of the bar tools are used for.

Your host will then demo a range of cocktails displaying all of the main cocktails styles and everyone will get behind the bar to create them themsleves including martinis, shaken drinks, layered drinks, mojitos and milky cocktails.

Guests will then be able to choose to make another cocktail of their choice either straight up or as a game/race/team competition or simply to relax and enjoy afterwards.

Finally, guests can leave with a bang as they enjoy a 'vodka train' domino rally as a farewell drink. All guests will also receive a Cocktail Master Cetificate plus the group leader will receive a keepsake complete with photos.

Slappa da Base, Man!
This well-known chain of Pizza restaurants pride themselves on their huge menu, freshly prepared pizzas, and fantastic chefs. Now, it's your turn to be the chef - forget cocktail making, and chocolate making - Pizza making is the new kid on the block, and it's great fun.

You'll arrive to a welcome drink, either beer, wine or soft drink, where your tables will be laid out with a large pile of flour. Your chef will take you through a brief introduction where you'll learn some fun facts about the history of pizza, and do a demo - then, you'll get your dough, where you'll have to knead, spread, slap and spin it into a good base.
After that, add your tomato sauce, cheese, and any ingredients you can possibly think of - time to make yourself the pizza you've always wanted, exactly to your tastes.

There'll be a quiz about pizza facts throughout, and beware - wrong answers will be punished by shots!
This really is a great laugh, and sets you up for a great evening ahead.

Like a debauched, vntage nightclub evening, the hen hunk challengehas definitely just rolled into London. This incredible evening of ladies entertainment will have you and the girls falling about with laughter, with a fun-filled itinerary that pits hen on hen, hen on hunk, and even includes a burlesque lesson.

The evening runs a little bit like this:
19:00 - Arrival! You'll get a welcome drink.
19:30 - Learn the art of Seduction in a saucy, sultry Burlesque class.
19:40 - Enter... the Hunky Butlers. These will be your judges, your servants, your best friends and worst enemies for the rest of the evening. They'll judge the sauciest burlesque moves and give prizes to the top three!
20:15 - The buffet is served. (By the Hunks, of course)
21:00 - Hens Vs Hens - a few light hearted and funny games get started. Prizes for the winner.
21:30 - Hunks vs Hens - Brawn Vs Beauty in this grand finale. Hens from each group join forces, hoping to win and force the hunks into a forfeit!
22:00 - The club gets into full swing and the night continues!

The Club
The club itself is a stalwart central London venue that you'll be sure to enjoy - there's been plenty of traffic through this bar for years, and has been a haunt for Chillisauce themselves for many of those years. It's a cool place, with cool people, and plenty of space to have fun.
