Your gracious tutors will take you through the history, trends and even the explanations as to why some cocktails taste just so damn good. How it Works:
You arrive at a central London cocktail venue to a champagne reception. Your private bartender will begin with a brief history of cocktails and the current trends of the moment. All the bits and pieces that go into the making of a cocktail - from the glassware to the ingredients - will be explained and you'll get some great demonstrations by the professionals and, of course, you'll be invited to taste their creations.
