Overview:
If you're adventurous, like a physical challenge and don't mind getting wet, then gorge scrambling will suit you down to the ground. Pull your wetsuit on, tighten your helmet and prepare for a rocky ride.

After trekking through woodland you'll climb down a waterfall into a world of ragged rocks, slippery ferns and flowing water. The instructors will be on hand to guide you along the testing course which includes traversing treacherous streams and descending down a mud slide. 

A reasonable level of fitness is required, but the group will only move as quickly the slowest person. If you're feeling a bit ropey after a heavy night on the town, nothing cures a hangover quicker than a face full of freezing cold water!

What to wear:
Wear sturdy footwear you don't mind getting wet (durable trainers will be fine) and bring a towel and a change of clothes.

Please note that you will require transport to take you from the office where you sign in to the actual gorge scrambling site.

Overview:
What goes up must come down! Scale a challenging rock face with your hen group before abseiling back down to terra firma. The difficulty of your climb and the height of your abseil are entirely up to you, making this is as much a mental challenge as a physical one!

The experienced instructors will be on hand to guide you through the finer points of climbing before starting you off on a relatively simple climb up the ice sculpted limestone scarp of Eglwyseg. Once you've found your feet, you can push on to more tricky climbs if you feel ready. Once you've scaled the heights there's only one way down: abseil. 

The abseils range from 6ft to 90ft.

Overview:
It's you vs the water in this canoeing & kayaking session. Whether you're experienced on the water or a complete novice, the session will be tailored to meet your requirements.

You can have a serious lesson where you can learn skills such as capsize drill, turning strokes, surf stops and rapid paddling, but if you'd rather just mess about on the river, drown the stag and play kayak football you can do that too.

Unlike other venues which are dependant on dam releases to produce challenging water conditions, this exclusive area of the River Dee has been modified to provide play waves and stoppers as well as mini rapids, so there's guaranteed white water all year round.

Equipment:
You will need swimwear to go under your wetsuit, old footwear that's going to get wet, and a towel.

Overview:
Experience the definition of the 'great outdoors' by hopping aboard a quad bike and witnessing the stunning Welsh countryside. This spectacular farmyard site in the Ceiriog Valley lies just south and parallel to the scenic Vale of Llangollen. An ideal spot to bring your stag party, this area of the UK also features paintball, karting and hovercraft racing centres that will add as much excitement as you need for your big weekend.

The Quads:
Fully automatic 180cc Cobra quad bikes.

The Format:
Qualified instructors will be on hand to guide your group through the basics of these easy to ride bikes, ensuring that everyone has a safe and fun ride. Up to 6 people at a time will then engage in 2 separate quad bike sessions. The first 30 minute session allows the riders to roam freely around a rugged area that features a brilliant track, bogs and a number of other obstacles. The second 30 minute session will involve your group going on a quad trek over mountains, rocks and other challenging terrain to witness the stunning scenery of this area.

Duration:
- 1 hour of ride time each
