Paintball:
Just in case the stag is considering bailing out to join the armed forces, rather than going through with the wedding ceremony, give him a taste of life decked out in green camo gear.

This is an excellent paintball site that features 9 different play zones and a multitude of games to keep you on your toes. The site and the games are constantly being updated to offer participants a fresh experience, with some of the current challenges including the following:

- Stag Kill: As long as you and the rest of the lads can keep this game under wraps, you can expect to stitch up the groom good and proper with this surprise event…
- Capture The Flag: A paintball classic, this popular game is a good way to warm up and kick off your session of paintball.
- Caravan of Courage: Two brave soldiers will defend a camouflaged caravan while under attack from the others.
- Droid Rescue: The fate of rolling garbage bin R2-D2 is in your hands as you attempt to rescue the Star Wars favourite from a car lodged in a ditch.
- Wall of Death: Try and rescue a flag atop a large wooden wall as your opponents launch a merciless attack on you.
- World War I: It's every man for himself as two teams barrel towards each other from opposite ends of a hill.

Notes:
- 100 paintballs per person is included in the price to get you started; additional paint is £7 per 100 at the site.
- There is a safe covered area should the weather get nasty.
- The paintball guns are a mix of semi-automatic Infernos and Spyders.

Overview:
Pull on your favourite swimsuit, don a life jacket and tighten the strap on your helmet, because you're in a for a wet and wild time. Depending on how much rain has fallen you'll be running either Grade 3 or 4 rapids, so hold on tight and prepare for a bumpy ride.

After getting kitted out and having a safety briefing you jump aboard your raft(s) and hit the water. The top part of the river is fairly placid, giving you time to familiarise yourself with the raft, and once you're relatively competent you'll head downstream to the more challenging water. Will you be able to ride Tombstone Weir, Middle Stropper and Factory Falls without going 'man overboard'?

Depending on how quick you are, you'll have 2 or 3 trips down the 1km course. As well as the rafting, you will get the opportunity to try your hand at weir walking and body surfing.

Overview:
Whether your wanting to perfect some sultry burlesque moves, re-kindle some retro 80's dance steps or spice things up the next time you salsa, with our choice of lessons there's something for everyone.

Most of the venues where the classes take place are at city centre bars during the afternoon where you'll have privacy and also access to their bar. On some occasions the event will be held at a studio that will also be centrally located.

You will have a professional dance instructor who will take you through a warm up before showing you the finer points of your chosen dance style.

All participants will receive a certificate to prove you have mastered the skills to take to any nightclub dance floor.

What to Wear:
Basic gym wear. Shorts, Vest, Trainers or High Heels would all be suitable.

Burlesque
One of the hottest trends right now for hen groups is Burlesque dancing. Ridiculously good fun, you'll have all the moves at your disposal to do some Dita Von Teasing of your own. Become a Bollywood actress surrounded by sparkles, sequins and splendour whilst learning a fun packed routine. We do encourage everyone to bring a long (Indian) scarf and wear plenty of bangles to get into character.

Bellydancing
The Ultimate Seductive Dance Minus the Pole...Grab the girls and experience a truly amazing dance class in the form of Belly Dancing. Wiggle and Giggle whilst you learn effortless Arabic hip rhythms. You will then learn a very seductive dance routine all without the aid of a pole or fishnets! Feel free to bring a hip scarf.

Salsa Lesson
Get revved up for your big night on the town by learning some saucy salsa dance moves. This exciting session of salsa dancing from a professional instructor is guaranteed to be a good laugh and a hell of a lot of fun. Now all you need is a tall dark stranger.

Zumba
Zumba is a dance craze from South America that's taken the world by storm. It's the new 'fun' way of getting fit and active, while learning some saucy dance floor moves! Zumba is a one fitness class based on the principle of interval training - alternating high intensity and lower intensity exercise which works for both beginners and advanced exercisers.

Cheerleading
You'll laugh, jump, twist and cheer your way through this superb experience as an energetic pro teaches you the tricks of the trade with a variety of routine types to choose from. Pom Poms not included.

Flamenco Dancing
Very few dances are more flamboyant than the flamenco. The professional Spanish flamenco teacher will introduce you to all the basic moves and will take you through basic steps , such as expressive hand, wrist and arm movements, clapping, foot and arm co-ordination.

Street dancing
Forget the street dancing seen in West Side Story, these are moves you're more likely to use.
The dance instructor will then teach you scintillating moves to the latest RnB, pop and hip-hop tunes.

The Pepsi Max Big One:
The tallest, fastest rollercoaster in Europe, this behemoth is 235ft high and features over one mile of twisting and turning at speeds of up to 87mph. Not recommended if you’re feeling a bit green from the night before!

Valhalla:
Pushing things boldly to the limit, this is the biggest and most spectacular water-borne dark ride in the world. Designed and constructed at a whopping cost of £15 million, Valhalla is a high speed thrill ride with unique features and a host of multi-sensory elements, which means this will be like sky-diving on LSD. Wheeee!

Avalanche:
The UK’s only genuine bobsleigh ride, this is a unique rollercoaster ride guaranteed to thrill - and give your guts a good churning!

Spin Doctor:
Fortunately, this has nothing to do with that crap band from the early 90s with a similar name. Instead, this little puppy has two rotating propellers that spin riders 360 degrees through the air to heights of 120 feet and at speeds of over 60mph. Best of luck walking straight afterwards!

Grand National:
Europe's first twin track racing coaster was constructed in 1935 and remains one of the most popular wooden roller coasters in the world. A bit of old school fun for those worried that their brains might burst from their eyes on some of the other more ‘extreme’ coasters!

Big Dipper:
A traditional wooden rollercoaster where world record rollercoaster marathon rider Richard Rodriguez rode for an incredible three months non-stop, day and night. Although we can’t understand why anyone would want to actually do this, you have to respect a man who manages to blag three months in a fun park rather than have to go to a job. Bravo, then!

Ice Blast:
The first ride of its kind in the UK, Ice Blast catapults riders vertically up a 210 foot tower at 80mph and thrusts them back down again for an incredible hair raising free fall descent. This is kind of like jumping off a tall building, except paramedics won’t have to scrape you off the pavement afterwards.

Irn Bru Revolution:
Europe's first 360 degree looping rollercoaster. Riders are advised to take any loose change out of their pockets – unless you fancy your chances at catching it on your way back down again.

Drench Falls:
The world's longest log flume. Experience what it would be like to be a bum nugget flushed down the S-bend and ride the rapids around the twists and turns and down the two heart-stopping steep drops.

Rollercoaster:
Despite its unimaginative name, this is another classic “Woodie”. This rollercoaster gives you a velvety smooth ride as it takes you through steep drops, climbs and banked turns. A good option when you’ve gorged yourself on 14 chilli dogs and are after something a little “gentler”.

Space Invader 2:
This isn’t a virtual reality tour based on the classic 80’s video arcade game, but part of us really wishes it was. A rollercoaster with a real difference, this eye-opening ride promises to have you riding through “outer space” in near total darkness.

Steeplechase:
You don't need to be a jockey to enjoy this horse race, but that’s not to say being an actual jockey wouldn’t work to your advantage. Competitive types can race against their friends on this 3 lane steel coaster ride.

Wild Mouse:
Not for the weak of heart, this hair-raising ride deserves its name. Plummet down incredibly steep drops, fly up hills and whiz round a seemingly endless array of bends. As one of only three remaining traditional wooden Wild Mouse rides remaining in the world, this one's a real gem.

Bling:
Bound to be a draw for the likes of Ali G and chavs everywhere, this is a real diamond knuckle experience. Riders are lifted a whopping 100 feet above the ground and spun through the air on giant glittering gondolas. The ride will throw you about in three different directions at speeds of 60mph, the ride pulling a strenuous 2.5gs. Word to your mutha!

Impossible:
An interactive journey of exploration, this is an undercover attraction that will turn your whole world upside down, much like discovering you were actually born a hermaphrodite to a couple of in-bred chimps before being given up for adoption.

Format:
The group will need to divide themselves up into teams of 3-5 participants, with each team receiving a ‘Team Pack'.

If you’re looking for an activity to make the weekend memorable, or something to bring together a group of girls who don’t all know each other , then cocktail making, or mixology as it’s called, is the perfect solution.

Experienced, professional and friendly mixologists will take you step by step through the history of cocktails and then show you how to make three of the classics, before handing you the bottles and letting your imagination and creativity run wild.

As you experiment under expert guidance as to what works and what doesn’t, you’ll start to appreciate a whole new art form and most excitingly develop skills which you can then hone with friends and family in the years to come.

Format:
Each group will have one or more cocktail ambassadors who will brief you on the day's activities before giving a short introductory talk on the history of the cocktail and the origin of the word. Each member of your group will then be given a bar tool which they will have to try to identify before putting the tools in the correct order of use when making a cocktail.

The ambassador will then make an introduction shot for the group where he/she will explain what all of the bar tools are used for. If you don't know the difference between a Hawthorn strainer and a Boston shaker, you'll find out.

Everyone then makes lemonade using real lemons, gomme and soda water, and you'll learn about how to perfectly balance sweet and sour. You'll use your lemonade to make a Raspberry Vodka Collins and a Passion Fruit Krushka.

You'll then be talked through the history of, and taught how to make a Mojito/Bison Grass Mojito, a Pear Caipirowska, a Cosmopolitan and a White Russian/Bride. Then it'll be your turn to show off your cocktail skills by going head to head with another member of your group in a shake off where you'll each make one of the cocktails.

The event will end with a mini quiz with two free cocktail vouchers each on offer for the winning team. To soak up some of the alcohol, your group will also have pizza and wedges to nibble at.

This session covers a range of 80’s moves from classics such as Fame, Footloose and Flashdance! You will build up a fantastic performance piece, straight from the 80’s. 

Abba:
Get your swedish accent on and don the flares for this ABBA themed dance class. Laugh along with your friends as you dance along to classics such as Dancing Queen, Mama Mia and Take A Chance on me.

Glee:
Join the Gleekers and dance away with a fusion of jazz, Broadway and modern dance to learn the exciting choreographies inspired by hit TV show Glee.

This session covers various songs from the show including Don’t Stop Believing (Just a Small Town Girl), Single Ladies and Vogue.

Overview:
Head-to-toe towelling, beautifying and a pile of trashy magazines - doesn't sound like your usual raucous hen party, but it does sound like heaven. With a spa visit, all the girls can enjoy pampering and bonding time before the big day.

This gorgeous spa is located in a 4* hotel on the edge of the historic city with panoramic views of the city and welsh hills. Renowned not only for its Roman heritage but also for its beautiful architecture, the shopping rows' many restaurants and inns are all just minutes from the hotel.

Overview:
Nothing beats homemade chocolate and this fun party workshop offers the opportunity to find out how it all about it. You will enjoy the opportunity to experiment with various flavors and types of chocolate, as well as the chance to share with others an insight into this wonderful creative process.

You will be taught the history of chocolate before beginning the pleasurable task of sampling one of our chocolate fountains.

From that point, the chocolatier will take you on a journey where you will create a filling for your truffles before dipping them into real Belgian chocolate after which you will design and decorate your toppings!!

Overview:
There's more to cocktail making than just pouring a few spirits in a glass and giving it a bit of a shake - enter the world of Mixology.

Mixology is an art: get it right and you can create delicious drinks which will be an explosion of pleasure on your tongue, but get it wrong and you'll be pulling pained faces and reaching for the mouthwash!

After a welcome drink each group will have one or more cocktail ambassadors who will brief you on the day's activities before giving a short introductory talk on the history of the cocktail - where the word originates - and the tools and bar skills behind some of the world's most famous drinks. If you don't know the difference between a Hawthorn strainer and a Boston shaker, you'll find out.

The ambassador will then make an introduction shot for the group where he/she will explain what all of the bar tools are used for.

Your host will then demo a range of cocktails displaying all of the main cocktails styles and everyone will get behind the bar to create them themsleves including martinis, shaken drinks, layered drinks, mojitos and milky cocktails.

Guests will then be able to choose to make another cocktail of their choice either straight up or as a game/race/team competition or simply to relax and enjoy afterwards.

Finally, guests can leave with a bang as they enjoy a 'vodka train' cocktail domino rally as a farewell drink. All guests will also receive a Cocktail Master Cetificate plus the group leader will receive a keepsake complete with photos.

Everything takes place in a pro photo studio, where the girls will be glammed up by professional make-up artists, while chatting away and choosing their perfect outfits. For the last hour of the experience, a professional photographer will take over the proceedings, encouraging the girls to get involved and unleash the diva in front of the camera.

All photos will be available to download on the monday after the shoot.
