Overview:

Format:
Under the tutelage of a pole dancing expert (a professional dancer, not that weird bloke from your local pub), you'll learn how to turn writhing around a 10ft aluminium pole into one of the most erotic activities known to man. You don't have to be as agile as an Olympic gymnast to look great on the pole and you'll be taught all of the tricks of the trade.

You can bring along your favourite CDs to dance to and you'll even get to perform your sexy new routine on stage for your mates to enjoy/laugh at!

What to wear:
High heels are recommended for best effect and the exhibitionists amongst you might like to whip out your skimpiest outfit for the occasion. For the more conservative, a comfortable pair of trainers, shorts (you'll need bare legs to grip the pole) and a t-shirt will suffice.
