Overview:
The site is around 150 feet high with a natural overhang.

This is an activity for all levels to enjoy. With the help of the instructors build up your confidence in preparation for your final descent using the technique 'rap running'.

Rap running is the same as abseiling but with one vital difference, you go down forward!
