The restuarant serves nothing but fresh seasonal ingredients, so the menu does change throughout the year but it is all fine cuisine.

-chicken liver parfait, with toasted brioche and onion confit

-grilled seabass with potato cake, spinach and a lemon and dill sauce
-goat’s cheese tagine, butternut squash ragu and cous cous
-braised rib of beef served on scallion mash potatoes
-rib-eye steak with green peppercorn sauce, mixed salad and chunky chips (£5 supplement)

Brilliant views from second resturant. Food was ok would of preferred a choice of either starter or dessert. Choc torte was very runny and very rich but the rhubarbs ice cream was yummy.

What a view!, we enjoyed chilled jugs of pimms overlooking the 'Brighton eye' and watching the sea. Intimate restaurant with lively music which created a fun atmosphere. The hen was dressed in her mock veil and we all participated in a few rather noisy dares but the staff were very much up for entering into the spirit of things so all was good! We did have to wait a little while for our food but it was worth the wait as it was obviously all cooked from fresh and my generous sized steak and skinny fries tasted delicious( I liked the sauce options given to accompany your steak). Pudding was divine, tarte tatin melted in my mouth.
