Overview:
It doesn't take a scientist to tell us that everyone adores chocolate, but did you know that chocolate contains phenylethamine - the same chemical that is released when you fall in love?

Fall in love with this chocolate masterclass; After a brief introduction to learn all about the cocoa bean and how chocolate’s made, the focus will very much be on eating, making and eating more chocolate including combining some exotic flavours, such as chilli, tea and orange with Green and Black’s finest.

You will create your very own personalised, never-to-be-repeated limited edition Green and Black’s chocolate bar, chocolate truffles using raw ingredients and much more! Before you leave, you’ll get slab of praline, giant marshmallows and chunky biscuits with a demo of the art of cutting, dipping and decorating your chocolates. There will be bowls of melted chocolate and plenty of decorations for you to get stuck into.

Remember to save your best chocolate for the bride – she gets to take the most impressive fruits of your labours home in a ribbon-tied bag – a souvenir of her day and a reminder of what a great group of mates she’s got!

Please note that hen and group bookings for less than 12 attendees might not have an exclusive use of the room. Minimum number required for non exclusive parties is 8.

- Each hen party will have their own teacher, with a minimum party size of 8 people
- Workshop takes place on week days and Saturday 11:00, 15:00
Other groups may be present at the workshop but each group will have their own instructor
