Time to let your hair down and show the locals your moves. After all they are French so if there is going to be a 'Dance Off' you better be ready to bring the best of Britian with you.

Hydrospeeding is the new kid on extreme watersports the block. Created by daredevil Andre Payraud, it makes white water rafting look about as extreme as an afternoon at your grandparents' house. A hydrospeed is a large float and it'll be all you'll have to cling onto as you plummet down the rapids of the River Giffre at the base of Mont Blanc.

Overview:
After a great day of adrenaline-fuelled activities, you don't want to mess around cooking your own dinner when you get back to your chalet. Thankfully you don't have to. Whilst you all put your feet up, or get ready for a big night on the town, a chef will be beavering away in the kitchen preparing you a sumptuous three course meal.
