You won't need any physical passes or wristbands, we'll talk to the venues in advance and let them know you're coming.

Note:

Overview:
Mixology is an art. Get it right and you can create delicious concoctions which dance on your tongue and slide down your throat like liquid magic; get it wrong and you'll be pulling faces like a bartender chewing barbed wire.

Experienced mixologists will give you an introduction to the history of cocktails and will make 3 of the world's most popular drinks for you to sample from. They'll pass on top tips from their wealth of knowledge before letting you loose on the juice.

You'll design and mix your own cocktails in an afternoon of booze-fuelled fun and leave with skills that'll have all your friends licking their lips and pushing you towards the drinks cabinet.

What better way to get your evening started then being waited on hand and foot by a scantily clad hunky butler. With just a collar, bow tie and a small apron around his waist to cover his modesty, your muscular servant will pour your drinks, serve you food and keep all the girls entertained. Overview:
Settle in for a tasty dinner of South American specialities at this awesome Latin themed restaurant. With a vibrant party atmosphere encouraged, this is the perfect place to line your stomach with some nourishment (and to get a few cheeky tequila shots under the belt) before heading out for a big night on the town.  After the meal you might even find the spacious bar area to be a good place to spend an hour or three. Our recommendation is to try out the traditional homemade Cachaça, a spirit distilled from sugar cane and the national drink of Brazil.

The Menu:
Both the starters and the mains are served in 'Jumbo' portions. The starters are enough to share in pairs and you'll each get to order a main. The staff at Chillisauce can personally recommend the combination of Calamares and Xinxim as being a very fine dinner.
