This well-established Cambridge restaurant has a reputation for being one of the best-loved local eateries in the city, and has been around since the late 60's. When you're out and about on a rip-roaring weekend, there's nothing better than heading to eat somewhere with a belt-bursting buffet, and a huge selection of some of the finest Indian meals in the land.

Kick off your evening in style with a fantastic Spanish party banquet. You'll get a sumptuous range of dishes delivered to your table, giving everyone the chance to dine on a delicious selection of food.

These fantastic restaurants capture a truly spanish vibe, and will ensure everyone gets talking over the selection of finger food on offer, and really helps the group bond together.

As your mother always told you, never drink on an empty stomach, so take her advice for once and fill yourself up on excellent spanish cuisine before heading out on the town.

Cocktail Masterclass & 3 Course Meal

Overview:
There's more to cocktail making than just pouring a few spirits in a glass and giving it a bit of a shake - enter the world of Mixology.

Mixology is an art: get it right and you can create delicious drinks which will be an explosion of pleasure on your tongue, but get it wrong and you'll be pulling pained faces and reaching for the mouthwash!

After a welcome drink each group will have one or more cocktail ambassadors who will brief you on the day's activities before giving a short introductory talk on the history of the cocktail - where the word originates - and the tools and bar skills behind some of the world's most famous drinks. If you don't know the difference between a Hawthorn strainer and a Boston shaker, you'll find out.

The ambassador will then make an introduction shot for the group where he/she will explain what all of the bar tools are used for.

Your host will then demo a range of cocktails displaying all of the main cocktails styles and everyone will get behind the bar to create them themsleves including martinis, shaken drinks, layered drinks, mojitos and milky cocktails.

Guests will then be able to choose to make another cocktail of their choice either straight up or as a game/race/team competition or simply to relax and enjoy afterwards.

Finally, guests can leave with a bang as they enjoy a 'vodka train' domino rally as a farewell drink. All guests will also receive a Cocktail Master Cetificate plus the group leader will receive a keepsake complete with photos.
