Overview:
Whether your wanting to perfect some sultry burlesque moves, re-kindle some retro 80's dance steps or spice things up the next time you salsa, with our choice of lessons there's something for everyone.

Format:
Most of the venues where the classes take place are at city centre bars during the afternoon where you'll have privacy and also access to their bar. On some occasions the event will be held at a studio that will also be centrally located.

You will have a professional dance instructor who will take you through a warm up before showing you the finer points of your chosen dance style.

All participants will receive a certificate to prove you have mastered the skills to take to any nightclub dance floor.

What to Wear:
Basic gym wear. Shorts, Vest, Trainers or High Heels would all be suitable.

Note:
- Strictly over 18's only. Everyone attending the event must bring photographic ID with them.- This is not suitable if you are in any stage of pregnancy or not 100% at full health. If in doubt please ask us.

Burlesque
One of the hottest trends right now for hen groups is Burlesque dancing. Ridiculously good fun, you'll have all the moves at your disposal to do some Dita Von Teasing of your own. You will learn the different, flirty, aspects of Burlesque dancing and classic striptease so feel free to bring feather boas or any other props.

Dirty Dancing
No one puts Baby in the corner! Spend the afternoon dancing along to the film tracks that we all know and love with your girlfriends

80s dance class
It was bad then and it's still bad now. Get out your legwarmers and headbands ready for this fun 80's dance party! You will build up a fantastic performance piece, straight from the 80’s.

Bollywood
Bring on the Glitz + Glamour
Become a Bollywood actress surrounded by sparkles, sequins and splendour whilst learning a fun packed routine. We do encourage everyone to bring a long (Indian) scarf and wear plenty of bangles to get into character.

Bellydancing
The Ultimate Seductive Dance Minus the Pole...Grab the girls and experience a truly amazing dance class in the form of Belly Dancing. Wiggle and Giggle whilst you learn effortless Arabic hip rhythms. You will then learn a very seductive dance routine all without the aid of a pole or fishnets! Feel free to bring a hip scarf.

Salsa Lesson
Get revved up for your big night on the town by learning some saucy salsa dance moves. This exciting session of salsa dancing from a professional instructor is guaranteed to be a good laugh and a hell of a lot of fun. Now all you need is a tall dark stranger.

Zumba
Zumba is a dance craze from South America that's taken the world by storm. It's the new 'fun' way of getting fit and active, while learning some saucy dance floor moves! Zumba is a one fitness class based on the principle of interval training - alternating high intensity and lower intensity exercise which works for both beginners and advanced exercisers.

Cheerleading
You'll laugh, jump, twist and cheer your way through this superb experience as an energetic pro teaches you the tricks of the trade with a variety of routine types to choose from. Pom Poms not included.

Flamenco Dancing
Very few dances are more flamboyant than the flamenco. The professional Spanish flamenco teacher will introduce you to all the basic moves and will take you through basic steps , such as expressive hand, wrist and arm movements, clapping, foot and arm co-ordination.

Street dancing
Forget the street dancing seen in West Side Story, these are moves you're more likely to use.
The dance instructor will then teach you scintillating moves to the latest RnB, pop and hip-hop tunes.

These dance lessons are the perfect opportunity to learn some new moves to throw into your hip-shaking repertoire and, more importantly, a really good laugh for all the girls. Bubbly or wine and Certificates of Commendation for all participants. Please note that props are not included, and you should bring your own should you wish.

Hula Hooping:
Be honest... you haven't even thought of picking up a hula hoop since you were about five years old have you? But with all things old being cool again, it's hardly surprising that this old-skool lunch-break hobby is refreshing in its child-like fun and surprisingly challenging in a workout capacity.
Hula hooping is a fun way to tone your abs, butt, arms and legs and it'll also work your cardiovascular system and burn fat as it gets your heart rate going. But it's not all child's play - there is a real technique to getting the hip movements right.
So indulge your inner child, have a giggle and take a trip down memory lane with a hula hooping lesson...

Salsa Lesson:

Thriller:
You know you’ve always wanted to learn the king of cool dance routines and now’s your chance. Pay tribute to the King of pop MJ and recreate his THRILLER moves!

80s dance class:
Get out your legwarmers and neon headbands ready for this fun 80's Fame dance party!
This session covers a range of 80’s moves from classics such as Fame, Footloose and Flashdance! You will build up a fantastic performance piece, straight from the 80’s. 

Abba:
Get your swedish accent on and don the flares for this ABBA themed dance class. Laugh along with your friends as you dance along to classics such as Dancing Queen, Mama Mia and Take A Chance on me.

Glee:
Join the Gleekers and dance away with a fusion of jazz, Broadway and modern dance to learn the exciting choreographies inspired by hit TV show Glee.

This session covers various songs from the show including Don’t Stop Believing (Just a Small Town Girl), Single Ladies and Vogue.

Overview:
Dance classes are all the rage at the moment. It's perfect for learning some sultry burlesque moves or even just brush up on some steps for the wedding.

The instructors can arrange a theme to match your preference. If you need some inspiration we have list some ideas below.
The hen also receives a bottle of bubbly!

Format:
The venues where the classes take place are city centre bars, dance studios and sometimes private conference areas at hotels, depending on the location and date. 

You will have a professional dance instructor who will take you through a warm up before showing you the finer points of your chosen dance style. 

What to Wear:
Basic gym wear. Shorts, Vest, Trainers or High Heels would all be suitable.

80's Pop Experience - It was a time of bad hair and strange fashion but for those of a certain age to remember it, it was a lot of fun.

Cheerleading - This gives you a chance to live the American high school dream. Get your pom poms at the ready.

Burlesque - Learn different aspects of burlesque dancing and the classic striptease (no nudity!) You're guaranteed to giggle and have a great laugh. Feel free to dress up and don't forget your heels.

Belly Dancing - God gave you hips, now learn how to use them. It requires some co-ordination but will make a great way to entertain future dinner guests.

Pole dance - The dance lesson that started the craze. Whether it's to learn moves to impress in the bedroom or just for a laugh, pole dancing is fun for everyone.

Salsa - dance moves with attitude. Latin lovers beware, there is nothing like the spicy rhythm of salsa.

Street Dance - Our professional instructors will teach you your own funky commercial dance number to a song of your choice.

Can Can Dancing
Get yourself in the mood for a party with some good old fashioned high kicking Moulin Rouge style fun. The fabulously colourful can-can skirts that are provided as part of the package will really put you in the mood for fun and giggles.

You will learn a variety of basic moves, tricks and routines that will come together in a full chorus line performance at the end of the party. 

What to Wear
We provide skirts in a variety of sizes, to add to the fun you might like to wear tops that match the theme (like corsets) or bring accessories such as feather boas and long gloves to really get you in the mood. We do strongly suggest that you don’t wear stilettos or particularly high heels as you will need to be stable on your feet.

Salsa Dancing
If you like Salsa music you’ll love this party. Our fantastic instructors will teach you the basic footwork and build on this with passionate and dynamic salsa moves. By the end of the two hour session you’ll be performing a whole salsa dance like a Cuban pro!

What to Wear
Wear clothing that you can move in including shoes that are neither too grippy or slippery for those steps and turns. Flowing clothing can also accentuate the beauty of your moves, but is by no means an essential.

Thriller
Learn the dance routine from Michael Jackson’s classic Thriller music video and amaze your friends every time you hear the song!

Thriller is one of his most popular songs with an unforgettable 14 minute music video that is a film classic in its own right. This energetic hen party teaches the dance routine from the video.

Our teachers break down Jacko’s disco/street dance moves so that by the end of the class even non-dancers can perform as fantastically choreographed zombies!

Note

What to Wear
You can wear anything that you want to the Thriller party but bear in mind that you may get a little hot and sweaty with all the dancing! It's always good fun when parties dress to a theme, so pedal pushers, and 50s skirts through to jeans and zombie masks all work for us!

Glee
It’s without doubt the biggest T.V show on the planet; millions of Gleek’s up and down the land, now have the party they have been waiting for. Incorporating a five song mega mix of all the most popular songs from the show including; Don’t Stop Believing, Vogue and Toxic. It is going to be a Glee-tastic mixture of Modern dance, Broadway Jazz with a pop twist flavour!

Note
The Glee dance masterclass is only available in London, Brighton, Glasgow & Exeter.

What to wear
We would recommend a floaty knee length or longer skirt (or leggings) and a nice top, small pair of heels or ballet pumps to look glam and feel graceful for twirling in circles.

Fancy a Spin?

And you won’t be doing it in any old dance studio either, we figure, the best way to get you into the ‘pole zone’ is to put you in a Gentlemen’s club where the real pole pro’s get to grips.

At this stunning venue, you’ll have plenty of poles to accommodate large groups, professional lighting, a P.A to create a nightclub feel and a main stage. And the club is closed during the day, so there’s no need to worry about peeping Tom’s.

In Zumba, changes in intensity are driven by the different rhythms of the music and the steps - without the negative effects of high impact aerobics.  You'll start with a warm up, then move through 8-10 routines which vary in intensity and style - merengue, salsa, reggaeton, cumbia, quebradita, calypso, even a little bellydancing and hip hop! 
Zumba blends traditional dance steps with basic fitness moves so everyone can participate - it's very easy to follow.  You'll finish with standing abdominal work and then a cool down and stretch to bring the heart rate down and relax the muscles.

Pole Dancing Lessons:
Pole dancing lessons have become the latest trend for those looking to liven up their hen party or just to have a laugh with friends. Friendly instructors who are working lap dancers will teach you sexy moves and pole tricks to turn you into a teasing temptress able to turn any man to putty. You will have ultimate privacy, receiving sole use of the club and bar.
- Minimum group size of 10

What to Wear:
- Bare arms and legs are needed to grip the pole tightly. Shorts or a skirt are fine, but nothing too restrictive. Themed dress is encouraged: school girls and naughty nurses are very popular!

Duration:
- The whole experience will be 2 hours.
- Saturday 12pm-2pm; 2pm-4pm; 4pm-6pm. Other days and times by arrangement.

Get your dancing shoes on ladies, dance fever has arrived!  This high energy Zumba dance session is going to get you swinging those hips like never before, you'll experience dance moves from around the world that you didn't even know you had in you.  Sample the likes of some Samba, Salsa, Hip Hop, Jive & Belly Dancing in your own private glitzy dance studio in one of Brighton's biggest clubs, with its own lit dance floor and LED cage & pole for the more adventurous of you!  A glass of champagne awaits you after your session to celebrate your dancing achievements.
