Slovak cuisine is based around the wonderful invention that is the dumpling. These are almost magical savoury parcels of meat and or potato wrapped in dough and can be fried, steamed or boiled. The Slovakia meal was ok. But didn't seem authentic with choices of rice and chips. Though the atmosphere was fun.
