Overview:
This is a true experience of sensations, designed to take you to a point of ultimate relaxation. You will be absolutely amazed at the transformation that you will experience and as a hangover cure for a hen night, this is second to none.
The 4 Steps to Ultimate Bliss
First of all we will pick you up from your hotel and take you to Barcelona's premier spa, from where you will undertake the following 4 steps to heaven.
Step 1:
Enter into the the 36oc 'pool massage spa'. In this are you move through a series of 11 'pool massage stations', where various types of high powered water jet compound to give you a high intensity all over body massage.
Step 2:
Next you move on to the 'oxygen spa'. In this are a series of jets pump the water full of highly compressed air - its a bit hard to explain the sensation unless you have done it, but if you imagine sitting in a pool filled with a gigantic Berroca, then you will not be far off the mark.
Step 3:
The next step takes you to the 'temperature zone', where you will switch between a wide range of temperature extremes - from super heated Turkish and Finnish saunas, to ice cold plunge pools.
Step 4:
Finally you move on to the 'shower spa'. This is another strange one you may not have come across before, and comprises a series of different 'showers', from ice cold torrents of water, to fine superheated mists and body temperature all surround jets.
