Fancy a Spin? With moves that'd make your fella's jaw hit the floor, you'll be seductively sliding down the pole, spinning round and throwing in some sexy moves in no time at all.

Build your confidence, deportment, posture and body language. You'll become a whiz on the pole performing eye-catching tricks and sexy moves.

You can bring along your favourite CDs to dance to and you'll even get to perform your saucy new routine on stage for your mates to enjoy/laugh at!

Burlesque
Feeling like a true Femme-Fatale? This chair-based routine is a great way to get involved with the resurgence of this sexy, tongue-in-cheek dancing style. Ridiculously good fun, you'll have all the moves at your disposal to do some Dita Von Teasing of your own.

Themed Dance Lessons
Overview:
It's time to take those dance moves away from the bedroom mirror and transfer that energy from the comfort of your carpet to the bright lights. These dance lessons are the perfect opportunity to learn some new moves to throw into your hip-shaking repertoire and, more importantly, a really good laugh for all the girls. With a choice of the below lessons there's something for everyone.

Sandy....Sandy!!!
Head down to one of venues in the city of your choice and sing/dance along to your all time favourites from the movie.

Dirty Dancing
Ever dreamt of becoming Baby for the day? Spend the afternoon dancing along to the film tracks that we all know and love with your girlie friends

Cheerleading
Tumble, dance, chant and stunt with lessons that really put the 'cheer' into cheerleading. You'll laugh, jump, twist and cheer your way through this superb experience as an energetic pro teaches you the tricks of the trade with a variety of routine types to choose from. Do you like the sound of all this? Give us a "Y", give us an "E", give us an "S"!

Thriller:
You know you’ve always wanted to learn the king of cool dance routines and now’s your chance. Pay tribute to the King of pop MJ and recreate his THRILLER moves!

80s dance class:
Get out your legwarmers and neon headbands ready for this fun 80's Fame dance party!
This session covers a range of 80’s moves from classics such as Fame, Footloose and Flashdance! You will build up a fantastic performance piece, straight from the 80’s. 

Abba:
Get your swedish accent on and don the flares for this ABBA themed dance class. Laugh along with your friends as you dance along to classics such as Dancing Queen, Mama Mia and Take A Chance on me.

Glee:
Join the Gleekers and dance away with a fusion of jazz, Broadway and modern dance to learn the exciting choreographies inspired by hit TV show Glee.

This session covers various songs from the show including Don’t Stop Believing (Just a Small Town Girl), Single Ladies and Vogue.

 Offering a wide variety of cocktails and fine wines, the club is ideal for a night out on your weekend away with a dance floor playing the best in commercial dance, chart and R'n'B, as well a variety of chill out areas.

-Open until 3am Friday and Saturday.
-Dress code: Friday- smart casual, Saturday- smart.
