Not exactly the usual weekend activity, but it'll give your group a unique opportunity to get to grips with some of the world's fastest and most predatory birds. Not everyone hanging 'round the water cooler on Monday will have heard that story before!

Instructors will take the group from basic bird handling - without any Hitchcock-inspired eye pecking - to having the bird fly and return to the hand using the old 'dead mouse on a lasso' trick.
