Overview:
Teppanyaki cooking involves a large open hotplate grill around which all the hungry punters pull up a pew and watch the chef cook - except rather than just cooking, it's more like a performance, with juggling salt mills, huge bursts of flame, juggling of morsels, and then a spectacular flick and tennis serve straight into your mouth.

This kind of cookery lesson is one-of -a-kind - you'll also get to learn how to hand-roll sushi - a skill that every budding heatlh-food-addict should learn! Definitely a winner for when you're at a dinner party in a few months time, and you're able to dazzle the crowds with some acrobatic cookery!
