Swing from the trees like a chimp on Red Bull! This excellent high ropes course is nestled amongst oak trees in the peaceful and idyllic woodland not far from Bristol. The course has been carefully constructed so as not to disturb the age old oaks and wildlife and the site is truly spectacular.

With activities based from ground level to 14 metres high, participants will have the opportunity to take part in one of the most exhilarating and challenging events of their lives. This is a great event for those looking for something a bit different from the norm.

Rope Adventures:
These exciting activities offer the ultimate in corporate events, with 6 different elements to choose from, all supplying varying degrees of height & challenge! These adventures offer so many benefits to your corporate event as well as been fun, challenging & totally exhilarating.

The course comprises of different elements, all with progressive levels of challenge. Most elements commence at ground level, giving the individual and team the opportunity to set their own level of challenge.

High All Aboard:
Four members of the team will individually climb up a 12m high central pole and onto a small platform. Once all four members are aboard, they will hold hands and gradually lean back until they are leaning fully over the balcony.

Jacobs Ladder:
A great team activity. Team members are faced with a giant ladder, with large round beams for the rungs, stretching high into the trees. Working together as a team, all four members will climb each rung to get to the top. The higher you go, the further the beams are apart. The team set their own objectives of how high they want to climb.

High Incline Beam & Multi Vine:
This exercise comprises of two elements, the incline beams and the multi vine above them. Participants first traverse the incline beams, which are set at different gradients; the higher the beam from the ground, the steeper the gradient. Once participants reach the multi vine, they will use the rope vines to guide themselves along to the finish.

Leap of Faith:
Individually or in pairs, participants will climb a central pole reaching 12 metres high. Once at the top of the pole, they need to position themselves onto a small platform. Standing upright and on the count of three, the rest of the team will shout ‘jump' and the participant/s will jump off the platform to catch a trapeze suspended a few feet away.

Overview:
Get high in the forest with a thrilling high ropes session. Set deep in the Moor Valley this is a brilliant setting for you to face your fears and swing through the trees like Tarzan.

After being kitted out in all of the essential equipment and a full safety briefing from the instructors, it'll be time to head for the trees. You'll tackle a course of over 30 hanging rope bridges, scramble nets and zip slides which are up to 30ft off the forest floor. You can also have a go on one of the few tree zip lines in the country.

If you are a bit nervous about heights our advice is simple; clear your mind and focus on what is in front of you. Whatever you do don't think about slipping over and you falling head first to your death*.

*This won't happen as you'll be attached by a safety harness at all times so at worst you'll swing in the air for a few seconds before being pulled to safety. Mong.

With activities based from ground level to 14 metres high, participants will have the opportunity to take part in one of the most exhilarating and challenging events of their lives, as well as hugely benefiting from the experience.

This event takes place at a purpose-built activity centre set in 250 acres of countryside just 15mins from Bristol's City Centre and conveniently located with easy access to the M4/M5/M32.

Format:
Your group will be divided into teams and rotate around a selection of activities.  Simply choose 3 activities for a half day or all 5 for a full day event.

Activities:
Please choose from the following high rope experiences:

High All Aboard
Four members of the team will climb up a central pole; 14 metres high and then climb onto a small platform. Once all four members are ‘all aboard', the team will hold hands and gradually lean back together - until all members are leaning fully over the platform.

Jacobs Ladder

Balance Beam
This exercise offers delegates the opportunity to set their own level of achievement, with three vertical beams running at different heights. You have the chance to practise on the lower beam and then decide how high you want to climb. For those that are more adventurous - let our instructors give you some different alternatives of getting down!

Crate Stack
The aim of this exercise is to build a stack out of giant crates, and to build it as high as you can. The higher the stack the more likely it will topple over, if the crate stack falls so does the team! A fun and participative activity that will involve four team members to climb the stack, each time the team add a crate - the tower will get higher.

Leap of Faith:
Individually or in pair's participants will climb a central pole, reaching 14 metres high, once at the top of the pole - they need to position themselves onto a small platform. On the count of three - the team will shout ‘jump' and the participant/s will jump off the platform to catch the trapeze - dangling a few feet in front of them.

A Fully Flexible Challenge:

No matter how large your group, you can choose and combine different activities depending on the team's level of fitness and daring. There are over 240 different activities and you can have full day or half day packages.

The Activities:

The list is seemingly endless and includes; speed climbing, trapeze jumps, freefalls, high ropes, obstacle courses and simulated parachute jumps. There are also a number of activities that can be run as individual or group competitions.

Safety and Instruction:

All participants are given a safety brief and introduction training with personal protective equipment. All group members are provided with tested safety equipment and are kitted up, briefed and supervised by trained and qualified staff at all times.

- Use of site facilities includes; change rooms, toilets, parking, BBQ spots and picnic tables.

Notes:
