The instructors are very experienced at teaching climbing and abseiling to novices so you know you are in good hands when you slowly ascend and rapidly descend a variety of peaks around the country.

For the very nervous amongst you, abseils begin at 6 feet but for the bold you can go for the full monty of 90 feet. The look of terror on a groom-to-be's face at this height should inspire many a best man's speech.
