Have you ever wondered what it is like to produce and star in your own Hollywood blockbuster? Well, now you can, but you’ll have to be organised if you’re going to get this movie project complete! With just 4 – 6 hours your team will have to script write, film, produce and star in a film or short advert as required by our fictitious client. But just like the Hollywood stars, directors and crew we’ll make sure you’re adequately accommodated, well motivated and superbly fed!

This event is located in the heart of the Cotswolds surrounded by famous local tales of love and betrayal.  Steeped in history and made famous by filmmakers, the local village of Lacock will take you back in time and will be the focus for the theme of our event; it is here that you will be able to make anything happen……...

The group will be divided into two teams and given certain guidelines to follow to create a short film.  They must first of all consider what skills are needed to produce and direct their movie before scripts can be written and acted out.  Who will play the devilishly handsome Mr Darcy and how will they rein act the love scenes?  Where is the actor’s motivation coming from? Who’s directing who? Love, suspicion and betrayal, the plot thickens……….

Costumes and props will be supplied, including all filming equipment, cameras, and clapperboards, needed to shoot their mini adaptation.  Transport will be available for them to move freely around the location. (Driver included)

This is a fun event and will allow all members of the group to be involved.
