Physical:

Milk Crate Challenge: The teams have to construct enormous towers of milk crates. They are harnessed for safety and after that their ability to plan and execute instructions as part of a team will be the key to success.

Mental:

Codebreak: The teams have to break the codes and then use a compass to locate the next codebox in this Crystal Maze-style test of thinking outside the box.

Teamwork:

Earthquake: The whole team has to cross between two points, using planks, ropes and crates, without touching the ground. A test of teamwork, forward thinking and leadership.
