Have you ever wondered how you and your team would cope if you made all the decisions and made it happen? HQ Challenge is about choice, challenge, strategy and decision-making - but above all it’s about teamwork!

In teams of 6-7 delegates you will meet at the Base Camp where decisions are made by the minute - those who hesitate are lost.

At Base Camp your teams will be presented the ‘Mountain of Challenges’ – a wall of possible routes to the summit represented by challenges of varying
degree of difficulty.

Each challenge when completed correctly and on time will see your team progress up the mountain or
not as the case may be!

HQ Challenge is about working in teams in an innovative, fun way, embraced in a simple but highly inspirational mountaineering theme. In short it’s a series of team tasks and strategic route planning to challenge teams to work effectively to achieve their objectives, while competing to reach the summit first.
