Overview:
This purpose-built activity centre is only 25 minutes from Birmingham city centre and yet is in the heart of the beautiful Warwickshire countryside, an ideal location to enjoy the thrills offered by a high quality range of team building days.
Team Building Days:
Team building programmes provide a powerful training tool aiding the formation and development of teams whether new or existing. Delegates are confronted with a situation calling on them, as a team, to use all the skills in problem solving and initiative that they may use in the workplace whilst performing in an unfamiliar environment.
Programmes are designed to meet the aims and objectives of the client but may typically address such issues as communication, innovation, decision making, leadership and delegation. In collaboration with qualified training professionals we can offer a comprehensive service which can include assessment of management, leadership or inter-personal skills along with personal profiling.
Team sizes are ideally five to eight members and the programme will be tailored to match the general fitness level of the participants.
Safety and enjoyment is of course an important part of these events and our trained facilitators will ensure that delegates get maximum value and have fun too. Team building days can be held as either outdoor or indoor events. Team Building Day Example:
This is an example Team Building package suitable for up to 56 guests. It is based on a full day session at our 90 acre activity centre in the Midlands. We also take the activities to venues throughout the country.
Format:
The group will be divided into teams of between six and eight people. Each team will rotate through seven activities during the day spending 40 minutes at each. All the activities are based around problem solving and require the whole team to participate.
Activities:
Poles Apart: Team members must enter a danger zone without touching the ground.
Nuclear Hazard: Empty the radioactive liquid from the leaking container from a safe distance.
Stepping Stones: Navigate your way across a swamp by utilising the safe stepping stones and a wooden plank.
Minefield: Guide the team through the minefield whilst they are blindfolded.
Chasm: Cross a seemingly impassable gap with the most basic equipment.
UXB: Defuse the bomb before it detonates.
Electric Fence: Recover the supplies without touching the high voltage fence.
Spiders Web: Crawl, step or be passed through the complex spider’s web.
Catering:
