Overview:
The activities can encourage your team to be more inclusive. The more inclusive the team, the greater the number of talents and viewpoints will be on hand to tackle problems.

They can also encourage trust within a team by creating a safe environment in which employees feel free to offer constructive criticism without fear of retribution. Therefore the organization will gain strength.

Finally, you will improve motivation by keeping the team fresh and feeling valued by having fun together outside of the workplace.

Your Mission:
Discover the remains of the Alien Craft, alert the surrounding area and capture the Alien.  The day consists or two sections:

1. Rocket Propulsion
During the course of the morning the team should have managed to achieve the necessary supplies to construct a rocket. They must construct and launch their rockets to alert the surrounding area of the alien presence.

2. The Hunt
The afternoon starts with a briefing on the use of Global satellite navigation systems, followed by safety instructions and  practice sessions with the Argo Cats. The Teams set off equipped with global navigation systems and Argo cats to search for the Remains of the Space craft and to track down the Alien.

The Area42 Activities:

Alien System
One half of the team have discovered a complex map of circuits of a alien system. They must communicate the details of the circuit over one-way radio to the other half of the team who attempt to re-create the circuit before passing it on to Special Intelligence.

Communication Tower
The mobile Satellite Communication system (Sat Coms) has broken down.  The team have to improvise and build a communication tower.  Without Sat Coms they are unable to download the latest intelligence for the team mission.

The ET Forcefield
The Team enter an area with a dangerous force field.  If they look into the light they will be blinded!  And if they make any noise, the aliens may discover them. Silent and blindfolded against the light they must negotiate the field, keeping the team together. 

Radioactive
To neutralise the volatile chemicals, they must be mixed in the correct order. The team has to work through the possibilities on paper and once satisfied team members dress in safe suits and enter the toxic area to work through the formula.

Crop Circles
The Team discover some bizarre looking alien artifacts in the midst of a Crop Circle. The circles appear dangerous! The team must devise a method to remove the objects without entering the circles.
