Team Building Events are a great way to fire enthusiasm, motivate staff and promote positive team interaction. The results and benefits of a day, or more, spent in a challenging environment speak for themselves. Measurable improvements can be made in team effectiveness and morale, and what’s more it’s a great day out.
Programmes can be tailored for all levels of ability and any number of personnel or teams. There is a wide choice of activities ranging from the character-building and physically demanding to problem-solving exercises to test mind and spirit.
Whether developing effective teams or competing in team challenges just for fun - indoor or out, day or night - whatever your objectives, our experts will work with you to design a programme and be there to guide the teams through all elements of the day. The Team Works:
The Team Works team-building session is designed to get everyone working together. Lateral thinking, time management, use of resources and communication are a few of the skills required to complete a light hearted series of “Get Out Of That” exercises.
Premier Superstars:
Based on the highly popular TV programme, this is a real 'feel good' event whereby teams are issued with Superstars Clothing and each activity area is Superstar themed with flags & banners. Each event is designed so that all ages and abilities can participate to help gain points for their team in pursuit of winning the coveted Superstars Trophy.
Mission Impossible:
This is team building with added pressure. Teams have to use all their resources to complete a series of “High Pressure” tasks. Including crossing “The Bridge Too Far” Negotiating “The Swamp” and finally performing “A Great Escape”.
On Her Majesty’s Secret Service:
Delegates will be shown a top secret MI6 tape. A senior member of your organisation has been kidnapped by an unknown group and only the delegates can save their event by establishing where the kidnappers are and where they are holding their hostage. Each team will have their own Agent Q who will assist them along with hi-tech gadgets and equipment required to unravel this dastardly plot.
Action Treasure Hunts:
Give an added twist to your event with an Action Treasure Hunt. Surprise activities at surprise locations. Should teams be successful in completing each task they are awarded a piece of a puzzle and they can also gain bonus points; the team that returns with the completed puzzle and the most bonus points wins.
Stateside Challenge:
Just one example how we can theme a challenge event to suit a client's requirements, Baseball, Surf simulators, Bouncy Beach Volleyball, Bucking Broncos, Frizby Golf, Bud & Hotdogs at lunchtime as well as music, sports commentator and a squad of cheerleaders.
It’s A Knockout:
Inflatable fun at its best, this is a fun, colourful up-tempo event with outrageous fun for all competitors. Human Table football, Velcro Olympics, Bungee Running, Giant Space Hopper racing and a whole lot more. Central scoreboard and compere keep the event moving along.
