Overview:
These exciting and innovative team building activities are tailored to powerfully illustrate the importance of strong teamwork within a group. Team building activities can include a number of 45 minute challenges, 2 hour challenges or can be extended into a 24 hour survival challenge for those requiring a more demanding activity.

Venue:
The team building activities are carried out on our 300 acre site which includes challenges set in woodland, grassland and on the rivers Sense and Anker. Alternatively we can provide indoor activities at one of several local hotels, or provide indoor or outdoor activities at a venue of your choice.

Food Options:
A variety of catering options are available depending upon the activities which will be carried out. Guests can choose from a hot/cold buffet and an on-site BBQ. Evening or afternoon dinners are also available as are light snacks and refreshments.

Bridge Building: 1.5 hrs
Using equipment provided, teams have to create a structure bridging banks of the river. The construction will have to take the weight of the whole team and meet a level of safety.

Raft Building: 1.5 hrs
The group is given a range of equipment to build a raft. Once the raft is constructed the team must paddle up the river to collect a specified object once this has been retrieved the raft must be returned to the start point.

Spiders' Web: 45 mins
You must get your team through the holes in the spider's web without touching the sticky web. Each member must be passed through the web at different points to stop the spider being attracted to one particular point. If you touch the web in this team building activity you will be useless to you team.

Night Line: 30 mins - 1hr
Blindfolded teams follow a rope on an orienteering mission. At regular intervals the rope will divide into three and choices of direction have to be made. Along the way, the team collects items to complete the team building challenge.

Electric Fence Challenge: 45 mins
Your team must cross an electric fence without getting electrocuted, the team must use the equipment provided to do this. Teamwork and problem solving skills tested and lateral thinking skills are brought to the fore.

Rail Tracks: 45 mins
A fun and challenging activity that will really test the mental prowess of any team. Teams will need to build tracks using a minimum number of planks and adjust their tactics as the problems faced change.

Stepping Stones: 45 mins
This is a problem solving task which involves the team having to cross a restricted area using planks. Planning and strategy are key to success in this team building task.

Rollerball Team: 45 mins
Rollerball requires the whole team to build a construction to transport a ball from the start point to the finish point. Teams will work in three adjoining areas so co-operation and co-ordination are vital as everyone needs to contribute to the overall team objective.

Stretcher Carry: 45 mins
A mad cap test of strength, agility and precision, the group must transport a stretcher carefully around a mapped-out course. Sound easy? Well everyone in contact with the stretcher will be blindfolded and a container of water will be placed in the stretcher

Tyrolean Traverse: 45 mins
This is a construction task where participants must use diagrams to build a rope bridge and traverse a pit. All team members must cross the pit and obtain the clues to work out the code to open the safe which has a prize inside.

Frame Walk: 45 mins
Use pioneering poles to build the ‘A' frame where one member of the team stands in the middle of the frame while the others use ropes to manoeuvre it around the obstacles. This teambuilding activity requires co-ordination, control and a truck load of team work.

Trebuchet: 45 mins - 1hr
This is a highly creative construction task which involves the team building a functional launching structure. Success requires that everyone works constructively together and use intuition and teamwork skills.

Photo Orienteering and Murder Mystery: 45mins - 1hr
Teams must locate a specific point to where a photo was taken to find murder clues. The group must organise themselves and devise contingency plans. This activity is a race against the clock so group organisation, planning and communication are paramount in this team building activity.
