This fun filled day, out of the office, has been designed as a flexible option, offering a selection of motorised, field and teambuilding activities for teams to enjoy.

Format:
Your group will be divided into teams and rotate round a selection of activities. Teams compete for the highest scores and the event finishes with a presentation where fun prizes are awarded to the winning teams.

Hovercrafting
Learn how to drive and control these large machines and compete for the fastest time sliding around a challenging course.

Rage Buggies
This fast paced and exhilarating activity is the ultimate in adrenaline off road entertainment. Win points for quick lap times.

Pacer Karts
Pacer karts are lower to the ground than conventional karts giving them excellent manoeuvrability. Compete for the best time trail.

Mini JCB Digger Challenge
Take a crash course in how to operate a 1.5 tonne JCB digger. Then put your new skills to practise in a series of challenges.

Argo Cats
These unusual 8 wheeled all-terrain buggies are capable of going absolutely anywhere. Take one around a challenging course.

Quad Bikes (track challenges depend on the chosen venue)
Navigate 125cc quad bikes around a course. Once mastered, take them off course and through a series of challenges.

Micro Quads
Looking for something a little different? These unusual four-wheeled machines offer everything of a quad bike, but in a smaller shell. Compete in a relay race and a head-to-head competition, at only a few inches from the ground.

Powerturns
These bizarre shaped buggies have two engines, each driving one side. Coordinate both engines to get round the course.

Reverse Steer Driving
Learn to fight instincts behind the wheel! Complete a course using a specially converted Land Rover where the steering is reversed. 

Blindfold Driving
Designed to test everybody in the vehicle. Passengers are required to navigate a 4x4 around a course with a blindfolded driver behind the steering wheel without speaking.

Honda Pilots
Race in relay style in teams, driving 400cc karts. Compete for the fastest time around the track.

Shooting Activities:

Clay Pigeon Shooting
This is an exciting and challenging sport that involve using real shotguns in a competition-style shooting event.  (This activity is subject to the venue suitability as a section 11 is required)

Laser Clay Shooting
A great introduction to the world of shooting, using real shotguns that fire a laser beam rather than shots.

Archery
Test your hand and eye coordination with this traditional sport that offers individuals a challenge and the team a fun experience. 

Crossbow Shooting
Crossbows are a rifle-styled version of archery. Easier to shoot accurately for beginners, but just as fun!

Air Rifles
Use a selection of air weapons to shoot at a range of targets. Points are awarded for each hit.

Laser Combat (this activity typically replaces two activities - usually two teams compete at a time)
Using sophisticated infrared weapons, teams compete against each other on a variety of missions such as Capture the Flag, Sniper Challenge, Total Elimination and Predator and Prey - and will be rewarded with points for each win.

Chariot Racing
This novel and hilarious activity requires teams design, build and race a chariot. Compete in time trials with one person on board.

Human Table Football
This is the human version of the popular game ‘table football'. Two teams compete at once on an inflatable 5-a-side pitch.

Defuse the Bomb
Can you defuse the bomb before it explodes? Communicate via walkie talkies and decipher a series of clues to crack the code.

Treasure Island
Cross a treacherous path using wooden planks without falling into the quicksand (touching the ground).

Spiders Web
Get the team through the spider's web without waking the spider.

Ballista Build
Construct a catapult and fire at a variety of targets, with additional points of offer for the catapult which can fire the furthest.

Human Sheep Herding
Most of the team will be 'blindfolded' lost sheep. Others will need to direct them into a pen using noises only! Baaaaa-rilliant fun.

Egg Flirt
Design and build an egg launcher capable of tossing an egg out of sight without touching it. A broken egg means no points!

Pyramids
A mind boggling task, solve the puzzle before the time runs out.

Entrapment
Get two team mates across a grid of questions, hotspots and arrows. Will your team have the knowledge to succeed?

Cranium
Build a freestanding device, no higher than 3ft tall which is capable of lifting a bucket of water.

It's A Numbers Game
A great test of memory, communication and speed. Retrieve numbered cards from the ground in the correct order.

Blindfold Tent Race
Put your camping skills to the test and compete against each other in a race to erect a tent.

Raft Building (venue dependant)
Build a floating vessel to transport your team across the water from the materials supplied.

This the human version of the popular table football game, where the winning teams battle it out in a 5-aside football match.

Gladiator Joust
Knock opponents off of their podium before they knock you off yours! Hilarious fun!

Sumo Wrestling
Jump into a huge padded body suit, padded helmet and wrestle your colleagues out of the circle.

Bungee Run
Run as far as you can down an inflatable bungee runway with a large elastic cord tied to your waist. See who can get the furthest.

Overview
Fancy combining an exciting Rib boat experience with the challenge of a treasure hunt? Take that idea, drop it in the Solent (a strait separating the Isle of Wight from mainland England)...and there you have our fabulous Rib Treasure hunt.

Format
This event departs from Southampton or Hamble. Groups are divided into teams (if they haven’t been already) and are given a full safety briefing. Full personal safety equipment is then distributed. Following the briefing, teams are given a high-powered state-of-the-art Rib boat, complete with skipper and a team pack. The team pack contains a treasure hunt booklet, a map, compass and first clue. Groups will set off for a 2.5 hour race around the Solent, completing the treasure hunt as they go. The treasure hunt will require participants to work together as a team in order to solve the clues and find the answers to some tricky questions. They will go ashore three times during the event to retrieve clues.  Every time a clue is solved it will lead them to the next clue then this in turn will lead them on their journey around the Solent.  Each member of the group will have a specific role, such as compass bearer, to ensure it is a fully inclusive activity.  As well as getting to travel in ultimate style, teams get to visit famous landmarks ashore such as The Needles, Portsmouth and Cowes. Not only is this event fun, exciting and different, teams will also get to discover some fascinating history about the places they visit.

Our sailing events can take place anywhere in the world, but most commonly take place in the Solent (a strait separating the Isle of Wight from mainland England.) Format
We have yachts that can cater for up to 14 guests. Solent yacht days are a speciality on yachts from 32-80 feet and we are able to offer you a range of yachts from which to choose in order to make your day as memorable as possible. Our sailing days can be designed as a fun day out or as a reward or incentive for your staff or clients. In these cases, we ensure as much variety as we can throughout the day, having lunch ashore in Cowes if you wish, and creating an enjoyable and special day for everyone on board.

However, we are also highly experienced in providing structured team-building days where participants work together to race their colleagues and complete various courses around the Solent. Including these team building games and races into the event brings the added element of competition and fun among the group.

Overview:
Treat the team to a fun morning or afternoon out the office. This team bonding event is a wet and wild day of adrenaline-pumping watersports, with three different activities using cool vehicles taking place on the mile long lake. 

Format:
On arrival, guests will be met by the instructors who will divide the group into teams and brief everybody on your exciting day of activities. Throughout the event teams roatate around the activities, so everybody will have a go on each. The event finishes with a meal at the onsite café.

Stand Up Jet Ski
It is not as easy as it looks, but with expert tuition on hand, guests might even graduate from kneeling on the craft to actually riding the jetski standing up!

Sit Down Jet Bike 
A relatively stable craft compared to the jetski, but don't be fooled. As soon as guests open the throttle, they'll be off faster than you can say 'How many miles to the gallon does it do?' Jetbikes are great fun and easy to control as they speed across the water.

Jet Rib
A brand new invention, it merges a jetski with a mini rigid inflatable boat to give a stable and yet incredibly nippy little craft that delights in sliding round corners and skimming across the water.

Overview
Building a raft that's better, faster and less sinkable than your colleagues is in a nut shell the sole goal of this event. However, in the process you're bound to get wet, have lots of fun with your colleagues and hopefully show off your raft-building prowess. This event takes place at the stunning Wraysbury Lakes just outside of London. Expert instructors will guide participants through the process of raft building, nurturing and encouraging them to work together as a team to complete the challenge.

Format
Arriving at the stunning Wraysbury Lakes, teams will be greeted with bacon rolls and a safety briefing. Raft building focuses on group dynamics, communication skills and leadership so each member of the team is given a specific role to do, ensuring that all participants are involved. Once the briefing has been given and full safety kit distributed, teams then work together on all stages of the process to design and build their raft. This involves methodical thinking, strategic planning and risk taking. Teams will use barrels, wood, rope and bit of good old ingenuity to construct sea-worthy vessels. Once the raft is complete, teams must “sail” their raft around the woodland lake and complete a treasure hunt. This event is fantastic for improving inter-colleague relations and building confidence. Even the most adamant non-swimmer is involved in raft building.
