Overview:
Get into the mix with a cocktail making and DJing masterclass. Cocktails and great music is the recipe for a fantastic evening and your team won't be disappointed as you get to try your hands at mixing cocktails and mixing a few tunes.

On arrival guests will be shown to their tables and served a fresh fruit cocktail whilst one of the bartenders performs a spectacular cocktail flaring routine to break the ice and get everyone in the cocktail making mood.

In your teams you'll be asked to to think up a funky name (Shaken not Stirred or Jim'll Mix It for example) and then brainstorm drink-related buzz words that reflect the personalities in your group or the ethos of your team- some of your team may be bubbly and sweet, others bitter!

The superb mixologists will then give you a detailed demonstration of how to mix a tongue-tingling cocktail before asking for a volunteer from each team to step behind the bar and make their own version of the cocktail against the clock, which the experts will judge. 

Your team will be challenged to create their own cocktail using some of the contents from a mystery box of ingredients. The mixologists will be on hand throughout to give you plenty of advice and help you mix a great original drink.

Teams will have to launch their drink with a live presentation of the product to the judges which will be accompanied by top tunes brought along and mixed by team. The judges will sample the drinks and assess the teams on the quality of their cocktails and their presentations. There will be prizes on offer for best presentation, best bartender and best music.

For posterity members of our team will be snapping photographs throughout and there is even the option of having your presentations filmed. To finish the night with a bang, one of our DJs will be on hand to spin a few tunes.

Overview:
Ideal for promoting a fun team working atmosphere where guests are treated to a sensory experience. Delicious cocktails and amazing flair will be a warm up to the main activities. Interactive cocktail games involving everybody, where guests will learn new skills, taught by some of the world's leading bartenders and above all, bond over fun games.

Format:
During the event, three rounds of drinks are served, with on average another one drink per person mixed while competing in the cocktail games. There are breaks to allow for the drinks service and mingling – the programme works ideally set over a dinner or snack platters.

The event concludes with prizes awarded to the ‘best bar team’ and an individual prize for ‘the best bartender’.

Upon arrival, guests will be served a fresh fruit cocktail. 

Flair Demonstrations
The workshop begins with a quick flair routine to music by one of the world's class flair bartenders - a real attention grabber!

Mixing Methods
Guests will be given a mixology demonstration, showing a selection of classic and contemporary cocktails, using different methods to create the drinks including freepouring, shaking & straining, muddling & churning, layering and flair skills (and there will be plenty of tasters passed around for tasting).

Volunteers from each team will be asked to come behind the bar and make the cocktails. Teams will be scored on there efforts. 

Mixology Games
Each team will be presented with the Mystery Box, and asked to pick at random two ingredients from it. The box is filled with a variety of possible cocktail ingredients; from delicious to…difficult to mix into a great drink. (It can be done, ask your bartender about the famous Onion Ring Martini).

Using their newly acquired knowledge of cocktail mixing methods and exotic spirits and liqueurs they need to create their own cocktail. Groups can experiment until they have the perfect creation.

Teams will work together to mix their drinks …points will be awarded for style, taste, name, originality etc.  Groups present their drink alongside creating an advert for their new concoction.  If this is a team building exercise we can ask teams to create a cocktail to sum up the core value of their company’s brand.

Overview:
Ideal for promoting a fun team working atmosphere where guests are treated to a sensory experience. During the event, guests will witness amazing flair and will take part in interactive cocktail games where they will learn new skills, taught by some of the world's leading bartenders and above all, bond over fun games.  This lite version is run in exactly the same format as the normal Cocktail Making Workshop but is slightly shorter in length (1.5 hours) making it the perfect choice if you are looking for a shorter event that still guarantees the same quality cocktail making experience.  

Format:
On arrival guests are served the first round of cocktails and will be treated to a spectacular flair show by professional bartenders.  This will then be followed by several demonstrations of how to make some of the most famous cocktails and then it will be over to the guests themselves to try and recreate them.  There will then be a further flair demonstration and a second round of cocktails before guests attempt the Mystery Box challenge and then get creative to devise their own cocktails

The event concludes with prizes awarded to the ‘best bar team’ and an individual prize for ‘the best bartender’.

Format:
A bar will be set up at the venue and a demonstration will be given by professional bartenders showing how to make some of the most popular and well-known cocktails.  During the event guests will be able to socialise and network and in their own time go behind the bar and try making them for themselves. Two rounds of cocktails will be served throughout the event.

Overview:
Afternoon tea is simply splendid, don't you think? What makes tea, cakes and teeny tiny sandwiches all the more sublime, however, is the introduction of a little snifter of gin. We'll introduce you and your guests to some different styles of gin - from floral gins laced in botanicals to the more historical early Gins or 'Genevers'.With advice on how to taste and nose your gin, and onto how to make the perfect Gin & Tonic, and Dry Martini, you'll enjoy plenty of samples and finish with our "G and Tea" cocktail and a plate of afternoon tea!

Format:
Drink 1: The “Go to” gin: London Dry Gin
Drink 2: Historical example: Old Tom or Genever
Drink 3: New Style: Contrasting move away from the traditional
Drink 4: The perfect Gin & Tonic: with a focus on the process of making, guests will receive a sample size G&T – with an opportunity to try something different, i.e. flavoured tonics / exotic garnishes.
Drink 5: The perfect Dry Martini: Made with a premium / small batch gin, plus bitters, and vermouth with a focus on technique and how to create a drink that matches your preference (wet /dry etc).
Drink 6: G & Teatime Cocktail: A simple cocktail served as an accompaniment to afternoon tea – showing a drink that can be made without any special kit, and ingredients found in most kitchen cupboards (Gin, tea, lemon, sugar, ice) served in teacups.
