This multi activity day combines a range of team building activities, designed for enhancing teams performance by testing a range of essential skills such as team work, planning, managing change, innovative thinking and customer service.
This activity day offers a little something for everyone - and the best part is you can choose the activities you do!
The event takes place at a purpose built 'team building' and ‘training and development' centre, overlooked by Windsor Castle. A unique alternative to traditional activity centres. Located minutes from the M4, in Eton, near Windsor and only 20 minutes from Central London.
Conference requirements and team building activities all in one place...
The venue offers excellent conferencing facilities with a capacity of up to 60 people, which can be used for an off-site team meeting before the activities (available at an additional cost).
Format:
The format of the day varies depending on the size of the group. Typically, on arrival the group will be greeted by the Event Manager, who will give everybody a briefing of the day and divide the group into teams. Throughout the day teams rotate around the selected activities competing for points. The event concludes with a presentation where fun prizes are awarded to the winning teams.

Icebreaker Activities:
Jump (3 minutes - ice breaker for everybody)
A very short ice-breaker designed to get people out of their seats and active. Designed for conforming behaviour and innovative thinking.
Change Appearance (10 - 15 minutes - ice breaker for everybody)
A short but effective activity to introduce the concept of change. Designed for managing change, networking, perceptions vs reality and changing behaviours.
Postcard Tear Trick (3 minutes - ice breaker for everybody)
A short fun exercise to get participants active and to encourage them to think outside of the box! Designed for conforming behaviour and innovative thinking.
Assassins & Body Guards (3 minutes - ice breaker for everybody)
A very short and highly energetic activity – good for energising and getting large groups to network. Designed for perceptions vs reality and networking.
Crossways (5 - 20 minutes - ice breaker for everybody)
A great activity for encouraging participants to work together. Designed for networking, team work, innovative thinking, communication, changing behaviours, consequence based thinking and customer service.
Morning Activities:
Colour & Shape (1 hr - morning activity)
Participants have to identify two missing shapes and their respective colours from a pack of 30 whilst blindfolded. Designed for communication, team work, personal responsibility, trust, working to deadlines, project management, planning, perceptions vs reality and customer service.
Daytime Activities:
High Ropes Course (45 minutes - 1 hr - anytime, but not as a finale)
The ropes course offers groups the opportunity to work through challenging situations where overcoming personal and limiting beliefs through the support and encouragement of fellow team members really can pull a team together. Used to develop teams ability to work together, help them navigate through change or for a fun break form the daily grind the ropes course has many possibly uses. Be challenged and reach your goal!
Juggling (30 minutes - anytime)
Used to demonstrate habit-forming behaviours. Designed for changing behaviours and managing change.
9 Balls (30 - 45 minutes - not a finale)
In a circle, participants pass a ball amongst them in the quickest time without dropping it. Things get more complicated as more balls are introduced. Designed for customer service, team work, goal setting, trust, delegation, communication, consequence based thinking, personal responsibility and working to deadlines.
Pyramid (20 - 45 minutes - anytime)
The object of the exercise is to remove the infected materials using the equipment provided within the time limit. Designed for team work, innovative thinking, communication, planning, project management, delegation, trust, working to deadlines, perceptions vs reality and consequence based thinking.
Trust Towers (30 minutes - anytime)
An exercise for teamwork and actions vs. perceptions and involves playing Jenga. Designed for team work, perceptions vs reality, trust, communication, personal responsibility, networking and consequence based thinking.
Mine Field (30 minutes - anytime)
Participants have to make their way cross the minefield blindfolded in the fastest time. Designed for team work, working to deadlines, communication, innovative thinking, trust, personal responsibility, planning and project management.
Number Run (20 - 30 minutes - anytime)
Teams must figure out the quickest way of getting from 1 – 30 in the fastest time possible. Designed for goal setting, working to deadlines, team work, delegation, planning, project management, personal responsibility and communication.
Toxic Waste (30 minutes - anytime)
Teams are given a number of items that they can use to extract a bucket of toxic waste from within a no-go area. Designed for team work, delegation, communication, innovative thinking, working to deadlines, project management, planning, personal responsibility and consequence based thinking.
Changing Directions (1 hr - anytime, but not as a finale)
Participants stand in hoops and have to move in the opposite direction one at a time without going backwards to overtaking someone from their team. Designed for communication, team work, innovative thinking, consequence based thinking, conforming behaviours, planning, delegation, managing change, personal responsibility, project management and working to deadlines.
Perfect Shape (15 minutes - anytime)
Teams are challenged to make a perfect circle, square etc out of a length of rope whilst being blindfolded. Designed for team work, customer service, trust, delegation, project management, communication, managing change, personal responsibility and planning.
The Maze (30 - 45 minutes - anytime)
Teams have to figure out the clues to the maze to get your entire team across without sounding off the alarm. Designed for team work, trust, delegation, personal responsibility, communication, project management, planning, innovative thinking, goal setting and working to deadlines.
Team Radar (1 hr - anytime, but not as a finale)
An activity that encompasses team work and communication and can be used to help with goal setting and building a vision for the future. Teams are blindfolded and have to make their way to a specific point.
Designed for trust, goal setting, team work, shared vision, delegation, planning, project management, personal responsibility, perceptions vs reality, managing change, communication and consequence based thinking.
Paper Planes (45 - 60 minutes - anytime)
A simple exercise that demonstrates the importance of quality and communication. The object of the activity is to produce two types of paper aeroplanes that meet the quality standards set by the facilitator. Designed for changing behaviours, communication, customer service, goal setting, personal responsibility, project management, trust, team work, working to deadlines and delegation.
Magic Stick (10 minutes - anytime, but not as a finale)
A good icebreaker activity that demonstrates teamwork. Teams have to lower the magic stick! Designed for team work, trust, innovative thinking, personal responsibility and communication.
Archery (available at an additional cost) (1 hr - anytime, but not as a finale)
Test your hand and eye coordination with this traditional sport that offers individuals a challenge and the team a fun experience.
Laser Clay Shooting (available at an additional cost) (1 hr - anytime, but not as a finale)
A great introduction to the world of shooting, using real shotguns that fire a laser beam rather than shots.
Lunchtime Activities:
Nail Biter (10 - 60 minutes - activity to do over lunch for everybody)
Participants have to stack 15 nails on the top of a single nail head. Designed for team work, innovative thinking and networking.
Finale Activities:
Balloon Launch (20 minutes - suitable as a finale)
A simple yet fun activity that involves launching water balloons from a catapult into a parachute. The teams with most in tact balloons win. Designed for team work, trust, delegation and communication.
Balloon Chaos (20 minutes - suitable as a finale)
The object is for teams to work together to get as many balloons of the same colour into the same location. Designed for team work, communication, trust, goal setting, personal accountability and networking.
