Activity Day in Hampshire (in Winchester, near Southampton, Portsmouth and Basingstoke)
Overview:
Reward your team with a fun filled multi activity day at a purpose built activity venue in Hampshire!
This multi activity day combines a range of activities from motorised and shooting to water-based and team building events, offering a little something for everyone - and the best part is you can choose the activities you do!
This event takes place at a purpose-built activity centre (with ponds, streams, pastures, playing fields, oaks and conifers) spread over 65 acres of beautiful countryside located 10 minutes from the M3 and M27 motorways just 7 miles south of Winchester and only 30 minutes by car from both Southampton and Portsmouth.

The venue offers a range of rooms for off-site team meetings before the activities with a capacity of up to 60 people (available at an additional cost).
Format:
The format of the day varies depending on the size of the group. Typically, on arrival the group will be greeted by the Event Manager, who will give everybody a briefing of the day and divide the group into teams. Throughout the day teams rotate around the selected activities. The event concludes with a presentation where fun prizes are awarded to the winning teams.
Activities (90 minute sessions):

Motorised Activities:
Quad Bikes
Navigate 125cc Yamaha Grizzly quad bikes around a purpose built lakeside track, driving these four-wheeled machines over a series of flat stretches, bumps and humps that will test your balance and technique.
Max Cats
All terrain six wheel vehicle driving event that will include mud, rocks, water, more mud, and an unforgettable amphibious adventure!
Shooting Activities:
Archery
It takes a keen eye and a steady hand to master this ancient and tricky sport. Spend a session with professional instructors who will coach you through a practice session with traditional recurve bows before launching the team into a fully fledged competition.
Clay Pigeon Shooting
After being taught all of the necessary techniques and safety procedures, using 12 bore shotguns shooters will fire at 25 clays sprung from automatic traps over fields and woods. The session will be split into shots followed by a competition.
Water-Based Activities:
Kayaking and Canoeing (only available April to September)
Learn to ride the water and manoeuvre around inside a kayak with a two bladed paddle. Or try your hand at paddling an open top canoe. Suitable for beginners and the more experienced.
Raft Building (only available April to September)
Have a go at building a raft with barrels and ropes, and then try to paddle across our 2 acre lake without the whole thing collapsing. Great fun for active groups who don't mind getting wet!!!
Activities in the Sky
High Ropes
Moving from tree to tree, participants will experience a thrilling aerial assault course comprising a network of rope bridges, trapezes, nets, platforms and zip lines that stretch across a wooded area. Set over 50ft high in the trees, this physically and mentally challenging activity is not for the faint hearted!
3G Swing
Experience a real adrenaline rush on the giant swing, winched up to 40ft in the air and then released into the swing.
Team Building Activities:
Code Break
Using compass crypt clues to break a code to find a crystal. Non physical. Critical path / team development / leadership identification.
Navigation
Using large maps of the Lake District and North Wales solving navigation problems. Non physical. Team development / leadership identification.
Semaphore
Communication via flags between 2 teams in order to construct a tan gram. Non physical. Team development.
Anagram
Wayfaring covering 50 acres to collect 10 letters from control points to enable your team to solve an anagram.
Floating Crystal
To extract the crystal from an aluminium tube which is placed on a climbing tower.
Earthquake
To cross a series of ground pods using only 3 planks and a single rope. Timed event. Team development.
A-Frame
To construct a frame to carry one of your team over a radio active area.
Logo Puzzle
Using cryptic clues to find elements of a jigsaw puzzle of the centres logo.
Bridge Build
To construct a bridge to carry the whole team over a watery gap within the time given.
Milk Crate Challenge
As a team, you must construct a tower of milk crates as high as possible with one member of the team standing on top of the tower.
Assault Course
15 obstacles course set in 3 acres of pine forest. Over the cargo net, up the vertical wall and over the Burma bridge, to mention a few of the elements. Choose to test your fitness and agility or simply take it at your own pace.
