Even for those that have done every other conceivable motor sport, hovercraft racing is somewhat of a unique experience. They handle like no other machine, powersliding across the surface whether on land or water.

The skills required to drive the craft are good balance, fine judgement and forward thinking. The skills are different enough from any other form of land-based racing to put everyone on a level playing field from the start.

For groups larger than 10, hovercrafts will need to be combined with other activities.

This means that the group can be split up into teams that rotate between activities ensuring less waiting around time and generating a competitive element between the teams.
