Overview
The great thing about traditional schools days is that they had little to do with genuine athleticism, and instead focused on providing a fun day of unique and innovative activities. We have tried to replicate this by developing our very own School Sports Day, which includes a number of classic disciplines and the same sense of carefree abandonment. Just try to remember to remember your kit, as otherwise you may find yourself performing in your pants and vest!

Format
At the beginning of what is hopefully a sun kissed day, you will enter into separate teams. Then you must rotate between different activities and challenges, competing against your rivals to achieve the ultimate prize! After a series of testing and potentially hilarious events, the team with the most points will be recognised as the overall winner and claim a veritable treasure trove of gifts and goodies.

While we all know what a classic schools sports day entails, what are the highlights of our event? Consider the following: -

• The Sack Race: Whether you are racing in two, threes or fours (it all depends on the size of the sack!) the sack race is an old and undisputed favourite. Your team must move in harmony to reach the finish line first, otherwise you will find yourself face first in a heap of grass and mud!
• The Egg and Spoon Race: Racing as an individual for the good of your team, you will attempt to run as fast as possible while balancing an egg on a teaspoon. Requiring both balance and good hand-eye coordination, you will need to take care if you are not to finish the race with your egg scrambled!
• The Three Legged Race: Nothing builds understanding and communicative skills like being tethered to a colleague, especially when you are attempting to run and beat your rivals to the finish. Select your partner wisely, and embark on a thrilling race towards victory!

Team building can take many different forms, but our School Sports Day provides the ideal opportunity to boost morale and cooperation between team members. So leave the office behind and enjoy a fun packed day beneath a gold and glittering sun!

Overview:
We've combined our two favourite events to create a fun-packed day featuring the best bits of the traditional school sports day with a mini version of our wild and wackiest event ‘It's a knockout'.

Format:
The event is run by an experienced compere (the Headmaster) who will coordinate the activities while amusing guests. Teams of 6-8 people compete against each other over a series of school sports day games and finish with an It's A Knockout inflatable activity while a lively soundtrack plays music (golden hits) in the background. After the games the scores are counted and a trophy with medals is awarded to the winning team.

Activities:
Please choose from the following activities:

Giant Sack Race
A twist on the traditional sack race, hop along picking up a team mates on the way until everyone is in the sack!

Egg and Spoon
An old school classic, challenge colleagues to an egg and spoon race and make absolute fools of yourselves!

Welly throwing
An opportunity to show off your guns by throwing those old wellies as far as you possibly can. 

Three Legged Race
Forget about the standard 3 legged race! Compete attached with two others wearing a giant pair of novelty trousers!

Skipping race
An all time playground classic! Where you race against other teams, skipping your way to the finish line.

Wacky Relay
Try putting on costumes or carrying tyres as you run, hop and skip around the wacky course to get to the finish line first.

Wheel barrow race
A hilarious school sports day highlight, where one person holds another by their ankles and they run as quickly as they can.

Space Hopper Relay
Something fun that doesn't require a high degree of coordination or effort. A relay race that'll put a smile on everybody's face.

Three Legged Football
Another twist on the classic crowd pleaser! Play five-a-side football against other teams on three legs.

Tug o'war
A sports day favourite, where brute strength rules the day.

Bean Bag Race
How about racing against colleagues carrying a giant bean bag? Get it to the finish line to complete the challenge.

Human Table Football
This is the human version of the popular table football on an inflatable football pitch!

Inflatable Assault Course
This is a test of speed and strength as you cover the 40ft assault course to complete the challenge at the end.
