For the more active, the Yorkshire Dales make a fantastic playground with outdoor pursuits, including some excellent raft building on the River Wharfe, which can be combined with some excellent and productive team building games.

There are also excellent Multiactivity options nearby where you can choose between a variety of motorised activities (including blindfold driving, Honda Pilots and quad bikes) and mix them with field sports (such as clay shooting, archery and laser clays) and classic teambuilding challenges.
