How we work

Contact:
When you phone us on 0845 450 8267 or email events@chillisauce.co.uk you will be assigned an account manager who will discuss your requirements with you and guide you through your options. Our team of account managers are a goldmine of information, so if you need inspiration, we’ll provide it.

Quote:
Your account manager will email you a bespoke quote including detailed event formats and costs.

Booking:
Once all details have been agreed we’ll send you a booking contract. When it’s returned we will confirm all the details of your event and send you a detailed itinerary. Payment is due 28 days before your event.

The Event:
Everything will be in place so you can relax, enjoy the big day(s) and take all the credit!

Debrief:
After your event, your account manager will be in touch to get your feedback on every element of your Chillisauce experience.


Help us help you

Before you contact us it would be very useful to give the following points some consideration. The more we know about your group, the better your quote will be.

Numbers - The activities and venues most suitable for you, as well as the costs involved, will vary depending on the number of people attending. Generally our minimum group size is 15.

Objectives - What is the purpose of your event? Is it to reward staff, to improve teamwork, impress clients or a mixture of all three?

Dates – Certain times of year and even days of the week are busier than others. The more flexible you are with dates the greater the range of activities and venues available to you.

Budget – We have activities to suit almost all budgets. We know that not everyone will be 100% sure of their budget, but please be aware that our minimum spend per group is £1200.
