Enigma Project
What they wanted
A team of 20 middle managers required a day out of the office that would promote
communication, trust & leadership skills. Having already undertaken both
a multi activity day and a crystal maze event in the past, they were looking
for something different that would be fun to take part in but where they would
get facilitation and feedback.
The event
After a number of discussions between ourselves and a few of the potential delegates,
an interest in the TV spy series Spooks was discovered. Using our vast knowledge
of spy themed events throughout the country we put forward a number of options,
including Operation Spy School & Spy HQ. Eventually it was felt that a full
day Enigma Project would be the most effective event. This full day activity
gave attendees the opportunity to be MI5 agents for the day. The group undertook
14 missions over the course of the day, including safe cracker, sniper lane,
axe throwing & ID Parade. These activities took place using the beautiful
grounds and fantastic facilities of one of our most popular Hertfordshire country
hotels.
