Overview:
Develop your skills and become a professional chocolatier creating your own handmade delights. Under expert tutelage you will make and decorate exquisite chocolates to your own unique recipes. You can make your chocolates individually or in teams with prizes on offer for best chocolate and best decorated lolly.

Format:
The event will start with a demonstration by a professional chocolatier who will talk you through the techniques required to produce the perfect choc. Then it will be your turn to produce unique ganache (cream/chocolate based filling) using a wide range of natural ingredients which you will pipe into chocolate moulds.

Whilst the chocolates are chilling, everyone will be taught how to professionally decorate chocolates using fine piping techniques. After a brief practice session, you'll put your new skills to the test in a lolly decorating competition.

The chocolate moulds will then be topped off and returned to the fridge. Whilst the chocolates are setting answers are given to the teams for the chocolate quiz which they should have been working on during the first part of the event.

The chilled chocolates will them be 'demoulded', and everyone will decorate their own chocolates, the best of which will be forwarded to the judging table. If you're taking part in teams, each team will have to name and come up with a logo and slogan for their products. The judges will mark the teams on the originality of their chocolates and the quality of their presentations.

Everyone will have their own box of chocolates (usually 20 chocolates) and a lolly which can all be beautifully wrapped to take home to impress your friends and family.

This event is all about Chocolate. For chocolate lovers in the office, this is Heaven! Reward the team, with this enjoyable team bonding experience, where guests' taste buds will be taken to another level through tasting a large selection of luxurious homemade chocolates, all created with the finest ingredients and lovingly crafted by your own hands.

This event will take you and your colleagues on a journey, exploring the scrumptious world of chocolate; you'll learn about its history, the manufacturing processes ‘from bean to bar' and attempt to have a go at making a variety of the mouth-watering treats (most importantly, you'll be required to taste a lot of delicious chocolate).

Format:
On arrival, guests will be greeted by the master chocolatier. The event starts with an interactive introduction about the fascinating world of chocolate, where guests will learn about the history, manufacturing process, different varieties, tasting (with plenty of tasters along the way) and how to identify good and bad chocolate.

Then the workshop becomes ‘hands-on’, where guests make a selection of chocolates using the finest ingredients (including Green & Blacks chocolate) and a variety of techniques. During the event guests make spiced chocolates, giant buttons or chocolate bars and truffles. Once the chocolates are set, guests use professional decorating techniques to personalise their hand-made chocolates, such as cut, dip and decorate.

The event concludes with fun prizes awarded to guests for their creativity and everyone leaves with ribbon-tied packages filled with their very own hand-made treats.

Team Building Element
If you would like to add a team building element to the day, we can provide extra competitive team challenges, where teams compete for extra ingredients, such as a team quiz based on guests new chocolate knowledge and team competitions based on creativity.

Networking Element
If you would like to encourage guests to mingle with one another at the event, we can provide a networking option where each guest creates a chocolate which reflects their personality. Guests will have the choice from a wide range of decorations and flavouring, which are assigned to a personality trait e.g. Coconut – known traditionally as a fruit of aspiration, representing an ambitious person. This provides a talking point for guest as they circulate the room, explaining what they’ve used and why.

Overview:
This fast paced event involves teams earning poker chips in order to launch their own chocolate brand. Teams have to pay for equipment and raw ingredients to make their chocolates and create a marketing fund to support their product. To earn the money teams can complete logical, physical and mind-bending challenges as well as quizzes. Once teams have earned the necessary money, they can start making chocolates under the expert guidance of professional chocolatiers.

After a professional chocolatier demonstrates the art of chocolate making to the group, the teams start to complete the challenges and develop their brand identity. When they're earned enough chips to buy equipment and ingredients, the chocolate making begins.

Under the guidance of the professionals the teams will then produce their own mouth-watering chocolates. Teams will have to continue building up their marketing fund by completing more challenges, so must decide how to best utilise everyone's skills.

There will also be a lolly decorating competition in which everyone will have the chance to display their decorating genius.

At the end of the session the teams will pitch their product to the rest of the group. The teams will be judged on their presentation, the originality of their chocolates and the amount of money they have accumulated in their marketing fund. The winning team takes home a hamper and everyone gets to take home the chocolates they have made.

Overview:
This interactive and enjoyable demonstration and tasting session is a great interlude for any conference, product launch or networking event. Able to run as one session or a series of shorter sessions, this experience is one to be savoured.

The session starts with a fun and informative chocolate history lesson which takes you on a journey from the Aztec emperor Montezuma to the magic of chocolate making in the present day. This will be interspersed with interactive demonstrations and tastings.

Your group will be given an plethora of unusual chocolate flavours to sample such as chilli, watercress and salt as well as plenty of other flavours from around the world. The professional chocolatier will then demonstrate the art of chocolate making with the help of some willing volunteers for the audience.

Each delegate will then be given a box of 8 premium handmade chocolates to take away.

Additional training then comes from a professional chocolatier who instructs and supports the delegates in the creation of their own unique handmade chocolates. At the end of the day, each team pitches their company to potential ‘investors' in ‘Dragons Den' style!

Morning Session
After a short welcome and overview of the day each team will be set the challenge of planning and launching their own chocolate company. Using interactivity and group work, teams will be guided through the following areas:

Afternoon Session 
After a relaxing lunch, teams regroup and learn the essential skills of chocolate making. Guided by a professional chocolatier, teams will produce their own unique recipes (in line with their target market and marketing strategy) and create a range of handmade chocolates. Finally, chocolates are placed in the designed packaging and in true ‘Dragons Den' fashion, each team will pitch their company, brand and product offer to potential ‘investors'. With a hamper for the winning team, the day reaches an exciting conclusion - but with chocolates to take away no-one leaves empty handed!

Overview:
The Choc Attack Challenge is a firm favourite with everyone. The objective of this event, is for teams to build a box of original chocolates within a limited time scale and budget. They must also create the packaging and design a marketing strategy to sell their chocolate sensation.
This event stimulates the groups creativity and thinking, encourages ideas, adaptations and innovations. Members of the team will be able to learn the value of a group effort and to be aware of budgetary control, as well as having a great time as a whole group.

Format:
Teams will create and make a selection of chocolates and then design a suitable marketing strategy, taking into account the sector, pricing, promotion, profit and brand. Teams will then present their ideas to the panel of judges and create an advert to promote their chocolates.
The end product will be scored on quality, profitability, originality, teamwork, variety and effectiveness of the marketing plan. Presentations at the end of the session prove to be a hilarious and great end to a perfect team challenge!

1.5 to 2.5 hours.

Combining an introduction to brand marketing with an interactive, fun-filled chocolate making session, this event challenges delegates to create and launch a new chocolate brand in an action packed 4 hours! Teams are guided on how to identify a target market, develop a brand and prepare a communication plan for a new premium chocolate range. Professional chocolatiers instruct and support the delegates in the creation of their own unique handmade chocolates. At the end of the session, each team pitches their brand to potential ‘investors’ in ‘Dragons Den’ style!

Format:

Overview:
Teams race against the clock to conceptualize, develop and create a new box of chocolates for the UK chocolate market.

This is a ‘hands-on’ event, requiring everybody in the team to get involve. Roles on the day include making tasty chocolates, designing and creating packaging and then pitching to a panel of judges, competing against other teams.

Only one team will get the thumbs-up from the experts, so will your team come up with an idea as popular as the Galaxy truffle, or will it be the Bounty, that’s typically left at the bottom of the celebration’s box, lost amongst other wrappers.

Format:
The event starts with a chocolate tasting session and a crash course of the industry such as the history and the variety of chocolates on offer. 

Assuming the roles of a creative marketing department of a chocolate company, teams need to develop the next top box of chocolates. Freshly prepared truffles, Italian praline, and melted milk and dark chocolate will be delivered to each team to cut, dip and decorate, craeting your own hand-made chocolates.

The event concludes with each team presenting their chocolates and brand idea to a panel of chocolate experts, where they'll pick a winning team, awarding them with fun prizes.

Christmas, a time for festive fun and most importantly lots of chocolate! Do something different this year and treat the team to a morning or afternoon in chocolate heaven with a festive twist. It'll be an unforgettable experience; Christmas has never tasted so chocolatey!

Format:
This event takes place in a 1950s style kitchen or a private venue of your choice. The team are in for a festive treat as they spend the morning or afternoon making, eating and drinking chocolate!

Throughout the event guests will make and decorate hand made christmas themed chocolates with a Master Chocolatier.

At the end of the event, pack all your yummy treats into ribbon-tied boxes, bags and festive stockings to take home and eat, or give away as presents (you can never go wrong with chocolate!).
